I’m going to a reading tonight of Thornton Wilder’s The Long Christmas Dinner. Should be fun.

I know there’s a character named Ermengarde. Gotta love that. Just like Horace’s niece in The Matchmaker.

Today has been a lazy day. I needed that.

HEB, the local grocery chain, has introduced a Spurs-inspired ice cream. The label is in black and silver, not pajama blue. It’s called Courtside Chocolate Crunch, a chocolate malt ice cream with crunchy bits and a chocolate syrup swirl.

I quite enjoyed the sample I had.

Monday evening greetings!  Today I made a batch of caramel corn for holiday gifting (and our enjoyment).  Because I have a cold I wore a mask and because I’m still shedding some hair I wore a (new) disposable shower cap.  I looked like I was about to perform surgery.
