I think the only pet we ever had was a bird and that didn't last long.

DR RODZINSKI it was a good game.  The Pacers were ahead for the entire game.

The Bucks almost turned it around in the 4th quarter but never got closer than 12 points.

The Gainbridge is huge but it is fairly easy to navigate.  It would be more so if I could do stairs like in the old days.....but had a drink and snack at Pier 48, a part of the Hyatt on Delaware street across from the parking garage - that cost $40 to drive into.

I had a gimlet for $13 and a chicken slider for $7......

The Timberwolves are playing the Lakers at 8:30 EDST tonight on ABC.

Hopefully Luka Garza will be in uniform rather than doing a fashion show from the bench.

Getting ready to shower, and then I shall be on my way to the theater. Some interesting folks coming tonight, so I'll probably stay.

My first pet was a black and white cat I named Figaro. We got him when Pinocchio had just been re-released to theaters, I think.

This is the moment everyone's sins (written on scraps of paper) went up in flames at the service on Friday night.

This recipe is branded as "The World's Best Party Dip." Proceed at your own risk.

The World's Best Party Dip
The World's Best Party Dip is made with baked cream cheese, cheddar, crunchy water chestnuts, red pepper, green onions and then baked until bubbly and delicious. topped with buttery crackers, pepper jelly and bacon. This dip is addicting. It will be the hit of every party that you bring it to.

Ingredients
2 8 ounce packages of cream cheese, softened
6 green onions sliced very thin, both the white and green parts + 3 green onions sliced for garnish
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 red bell pepper diced very finely
2 8 ounce cans of water chestnuts, drained and minced
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of celery salt
2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 sleeve of butter round crackers (Ritz)
2 cups of cooked chopped bacon (or you can use real bacon bits)
1.5 to 2 cups of Pepper Jelly
Butter Crackers for serving

Instructions
Add the cream cheese, mayo, 6 green onions, cheddar cheese, red pepper, water chestnuts and all the seasonings to a bowl, use a hand mixer and blend on medium/high for 2 minutes or until all the ingredients are well combined.

Spray a 9 x 12 casserole dish with non stick spray and spread your cream cheese mixture evenly across the dish.

Heat your oven to 375 degrees. *all ovens are different so adjust the time and temp to your oven.

Crush up the sleeve of crackers into smaller bits and pieces and sprinkle across the cream cheese mixture evenly.

Bake for about 35 minutes. All ovens are different so keep an eye on this the first time you make this. It is done when it is golden brown on top and bubbling up the sides.

While the cream cheese mixture bakes, add your pepper jelly to a small sauce pan and heat on low until it is a liquid like consistency. Whisk or stir it while it heats, make sure it doesn't burn.

When the cream cheese is baked and bubbly, pull it from the oven, while it is warm, pour the warm pepper jelly over the top evenly. I drizzle it back and forth.

Then top the whole dip with the crumbled, cooked bacon and finish this with adding the rest of the green onions.
Serve warm with the butter crackers.
