Yes, I think the winner of PWOJECT WUNWAY was the appropriate choice, although someone I had disliked ALL the way through, really had some nice clothes!

How are you feeling today Mr.Ron?

I'm pretty well rested, thank you so very much for asking!

:D

It's almost lunch time...and for the first time in ages, we're going to the local museum for MEAT LOAF!

I get it...you really, really don't like him.

Oddly enough, your "judges were very harsh on him" was not what I heard at all.  If anything, Randy and Paula praised him to the skies...and Simon's comments were "constructive", simply telling Elliot that he's more a "soulful" singer and should select songs that display that quality.

Not a harsh word was uttered, that I heard.

As for his fan base, I wouldn't worry about it.  We know who we are and we know who "isn't" among us.

:D

Maybe my tone did not come across properly.  But I never said I didn't like Elliot.  I do like him, and think he has a really nice voice.  He might not be my absolute favorite, but I do think he is one of the best men on IDOL.

When I mentioned that i didn't know how popular he was, I wasn't trying to be mean I was being genuine.  I do not know how many fans he has.

As for the comments by the judges, maybe i'm mixing up the comments.  But from what I remember Simon was really tough on him.  And even if Randy or paula says someone is decent, if simon says he did not like the performance, then I believe this how the people vote.

Larry, the commercial wouldn't play. I got a message about a corrupt file. Oh, well. I'll try it again later.

I am available on April 8 and 9 for a Panni party. I don't yet know about Mr. Morelli. I will check when I return home.

Like many others have already posted, I am not a fan of Mr. Weber, although I do enjoy Evita. Les Mis has some moments but otherwise I'm not a big fan. I also do not like Miss Saigon and Lion King bores me.

My big flop love, as I've mentioned ad naseum, is Pacific Overtures. I can listen to it over and over. Someone in A Tree is, IMHO, one of the most brilliant songs I have ever heard, and I don't use the word brilliant with abandon. I do like lots of shows already mentioned, such as Dear World, Merrily We Roll Along, Anyone Can Whistle, Baker's Wife, Candide and Working (another show that I adore for some unexplainable reason).

It's a spicy meat loaf with roasted potatoes and a green salad.

It's totally YUM.

I was afraid Tim's initial assessment, once the three returned to NYC, was going to be trouble for that designer.

But Tim was a bit concerned about the eventual winner, too, so......

Yes indeed, Diana has been in many classics of the silver screen.

Larry, I'm playing the audio right now for the commercial. It's very funny! There is no video to go along is there? I don't need any video just wondering if I'm missing more.

Re: who will be voted off American Idol

Then Will and Kevin have the most to worry about.

WEll I definitely think they should be worried, especially Will. I think Simon sent him home last night.

Although then again, sometimes if Simon comes across really mean towards someone then you get a backlash and that person stays.

Btw, I just checked out the AmericanIdol.com message boards, which i haven't done in a while.  And someone is reporting that they are announcing that America will be surprised by 2 of those voted out.  Some supposedly accurate survey system said lisa, konnik, gedeon, will.  I wonder how close that will be (although i think konnik and will are no brainers after how they did).

Twenty thousand writers on one picture.  Imagine if it had won Best Screenplay.  The Academy would have gone broke!

That's why the guild instituted the rule that now only 10,000 writers can be credited for any one screenplay.

In the I DON'T BELIEVE IT department:

Local weather forecast sez that measurable SNOW fall at sea level MAY OCCUR tonight and tomorrow night.  A weird convergence of moisture and cold air -- much colder than normal -- is headed our way this evening.

Meteorologists are expecting temps to be 15 degrees below norm...and norm is in the mid-40s at night here.

So....The Bay Area could get  its first sea-level snowfall in AEONS.

DRGINNY I really liked your story about your friend appearing at the library.  Things like that don't just happen in the movies!

Catching up with old friends is (almost) always a treat.
