Yes, these CDs are on Kritzerland and you can preorder them shortly.  The info will be in the notes, but the new titles should be up on the Kritzerland site by this evening, along with art and audio clips.

Well, that is the bestest news.  It was so hard for three years to do without my regular fix of new BK-produced CDs, and now that I'm back on the drug I have a voracious appetite.

I'm not yet starving for food, but I'm thinking about it.

And I'm thinking of something hot and savory and wonderful.

I'm thinking the Friday special at Huynh, a Vietnamese restaurant.

And the Friday special is CLAY POT...with green beans, zucchini, mushrooms, onions, shrimp, crab and rice.

Oh....YUM!

DR Laura:

As to your photos of the Cafe on Route 66 yesterday:

A couple of years ago I was researching a script that takes place in Montana, and I found, on the Internet, a Montana restaurant called Road Kill Cafe.

Their slogan:  "From Your Grill to Ours"

It's Friday, it's payday.

I've been most productive, thus far.

But I feel....I don't know...sort of...achy...not necessarily bad achy...but still achy.

I've got seven hours to go (including lunch hour), but I think it will move quickly.

It is a GAWGEUS (channeling Penny O here ) day here in the city of New York. It's over 70 degrees on Friday afternoon. What will it be like this weekend? One can only hope!

Back to Robert Wood Johnson.

Actually now I think about it I did fall down yesterday morning.

And you're just equating that with your aches?

You're closer to my age than I thought!

Now you can call me Ray

Or you can call me Jay

You can also call me Ray-Jay

But you doesn't has to call me Johnson!

(Just a little blast from the past that my memory brought forth when I read the name "Johnson" above).

In my CD player:  "Maria Friedman Live" and Lionel Bart & Laurie Johnson's Lock Up Your Daughters (which just came in the mail last night), but first, the two-show CD, Time After Time/Dodsworth:  New Songs from New Musicals.  For a while, I thought that this was the show written by FJL's Skip, but it's not.  He wrote Time and Again, which I don't have.  Anyway, TAT/D has Liz Callaway, Judy Blazer, Walter Charles and Chrstian Borle.  Good singers, all!

In my VCR:  a tape (or tapes) to tape the shows that I can't watch live (as they're being broadcast, that is ;).  I watch more shows on a Friday than any other day of the week!

In my DVD player:  a whole bunch of brand new, unwatched DVDs.

This guy was on the Redd Foxx Variety Show and never failed to make me laugh when he went into his spiel!

Watching Living In a Big Way or some such on TCM.  Gene Kelly giving his usual self satisfied, smug, charmless performance.  >:(

Good Afternoon!

Well, I think I'm going to head out for a bit.  I need to escape from the fruit flies - at least I hope that's all they are - that seemed to have invaded my parents' house over the past few days.  There's not a lot of them, but even just one or two flying around one's head can be a bit annoying.  So...  Time to head outside for a bit and enjoy the Spring/Summer-like weather.

Laters...
