Five other people are logged on, but they must be engaged in pursuits requiring their hands for something other than typing posts.

I did so want to chat, but I'm throwing things out anyway in hopes someone might offer ideas, information.

I see I have moved us onto a new page.  My next two posts are strictly vanity.

Do forgive me, if you can....

I very much wanted to hit the 900-post mark before retiring for the evening.

Here's Pinky Lee. He was a crazy man as well as I can remember his show.

Isn't Pinky Lee the kid's show host who had a heart attack while on live television, and everyone thought it was part of his act?

Every now and then, friends bring up the Captain.  And I confidently chime in:

"Bob Keeshan's still around.  He does theatre in the Tacoma, Washington area.  I know he's played Horace Vandergelder, and soon he's doing Fagin."

::) And now I learn I was WRONG???

LOL

Noel, I laughed so hard I almost choked to death on my cranberry juice!

DR Ron Pulliam - Patty Duke I wasn't (although my name IS Anna)... No, you wouldn't know my teenage acting work. I appeared in minor roles in Canadian TV and films from the age of 14. As an adult actress I worked mainly on stage.

i realize I'm making myself seem older than I am when I say "kid actress" - as some of those shows are pretty OLD. I was a teenage actress, okay? Not Baby Rose.

Oh, Panni, I remember that Jekyll & Hyde with Jack Palance.  My mother got me up, out of my crib, so that I could watch it.

No Ron I do not watch morning television (or in the afternoon). Some of the "bloopers" they use are from years back too.
I suggest you look at the member list if you want an answer to your other question.
Did you realise that when you reach 1000 you go back to square one?

Should we all stay here until Jed removes his purple tights and reports in?  For some reason I just thought of "The Court Jester" and then went from that to Tony Curtis in "The Black Shield Of Falworth" and "The Purple Mask". I must need food.

Well, goodnight all (at this moment, "all" being me).  I'm off to bed because I have to get up early in the morning.  Tomorrow afternoon (Saturday) I have to help wrap gifts at the local Barnes and Noble as a fund raiser for the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life team that I'm on (at work).  After that, I'm ushering for a performance of a local choral group.  Sunday night, I'm ushering for another show.  I'm busy this weekend, for sure.
