Well, you've read the notes, the notes were cast (or as today's generation would say - casted), and now it is time for you to post until the cast cows come home.
-
And the word of the day is: FORFEND!
-
A Very Happy Birthday to DR Michael!! ;D
-
Good morning, friends.
-
I wonder if cows have castes? Or plaster casts?
-
Thank you for the eye candy, DR TCB and DR George.
-
Forgot to thank DR John G. and DR Ron Pulliam for the video links yesterday.
-
The start of a new work week!
-
Thus endeth my mini-frenzy.
-
WONDERFUL HHW BIRTHDAY WISHES TO DR Michael!!
-
By the way: "a butt tuba" spelled backward is still "a butt tuba."
-
Good morning to all.
-
I have the day off today. So I guess my understudy will take my place. :-)
-
Good morning, all!
-
Happy Birthday, DR Michael!
-
I am not going in to radiation this morning, so I will do laundry and vacuum instead.
-
I'm very tired and down at the moment. February is always a terrible month, with the Ohio property taxes and the IRS. I have no energy to work on my taxes, my body is feeling the bad effects of the radiation and that's a real downer, and I feel I'm in a slump I casn't get over.
-
The zoom meeting was productive, but . . .
-
I wonder if cows have castes? Or plaster casts?
Heaven forfend!

Most welcome, I'm sure!

What DR singdaw said! HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MICHAEL!
-
:D

Gosh!
-
I'm going back to bed.
-
Good morning, all.
-
Happy birthday, DR Michael!
-
Good morning, all.
-
HUGE vibes for DR Elmore. I know it's a trying time all around.
-
Happy Birthday, DR Michael!
-
When I got up, the Weather Channel site told me it was 2 degrees out there and the AccuWeather site told me it's -1.
Damn it to hell. Who do I believe?
-
I decided to get out of bed and stop wallowing in self-pity. I've done kitty cleanup, although there's some vomit to tackle, and the clothes are in the laundry. I've called radiation and told them I will not be in, and that's my story.
-
By the way: "a butt tuba" spelled backward is still "a butt tuba."
Whatever the day may bring, I shall carry this thought with me.
-
Happy Birthday, DR MICHAEL.
-
I enjoyed reading about the casting process. It is a joy/chore that I like but never look forward to.
-
Vibes for DR ELMORE.
-
Yes the sign goes up in the yard of the Big House with St. Joseph buried in the yard.

To add to the things that MR BK wrote, it also concerns and irritates me that some of the younger folks know NOTHING about theatre beyond WICKED and are not interested in knowing anything......

Something good: Kabul Small Animal Rescue's 285 dogs and roughly 250 cats are finally and officially OUT of Afghanistan. They've all arrived safely in Turkey, the first stop in a multi-leg journey that will eventually bring them to Canada.
This is the rescue group that was turned away at the airport and their dogs released to run wild. They eventully rounded up what they could before the dogs were shot.

Monday morning greetings! Yesterday was an exciting football day here in SW Ohio, with the Cincinnati Bengals playing their way into the Super Bowl. We watched both games and, in the middle of one, I Zoomed for an hour with some retired librarian friends discussing books about food.
-
Today Richard and I are going to do an in-person grocery trip in preparation for a snow/ice event that's predicted for Wednesday and Thursday.
-
{{{{{Hugs for dear DR Elmore}}}}}

The laundry is finished but I ended up with one black sock and one white sock. I have no idea wghhere the matches may be. I did not get to hte vacuum; I have to prepare February's kitty meals.
-
After all the posts lasts night I have been convinced that Jimmy Garoppolo is very good looking, especially his beautiful smile.
-
HAPPY BIRTHDAY DR MICHAEL!

Unmatched socks have been sucked into a black hole.

I forgot to say "Good Morning".
So, "Good Afternoon", all. It is after 1 p.m. here in SC.

Further research called for?

And I bet most still refer to the Wicked soundtrack. ::)

Very good news!

So, I'm at work...and wearing an N95 mask.
-
I was able to get a PCR Covid test on Friday and it showed that I'm still positive, but CDC guidelines say to self-quarantine for 5 days (which I did, and then some), and wear a mask for 10 days.
-
I was told by our HR manager that people can still test positive for up to 90 days! :o
-
So, it's not recommended to be tested again for 90 days unless you're having a medical procedure or some other important event.
-

I was kind of surprised they didn't tell you this to begin with instead of requesting a negative test. Will you wait until you test negative before visiting your mother?
-

True, so maybe you won't want to wait 90 days to see your family.
-
I’m tired.
-
Yay, my neighbor is going to See's candy today.
-
I just placed an order with the store and waiting to be called back with the total so I can pre-pay.
-
Yay, my neighbor is going to See's candy today.
See's is the best I've eve tasted.
-
Very strange day.
I don't know why.
-
Everything has been rather surreal.
-
My storage facility called me to inform me there has been a change of ownership and that i needed to call the new owner to set up my automatic payment.
Such a fuss, too. And I gave them much information, and they sent me two text messages with links to forms I needed to fill out. Repetitious of all the info I had already given....BOTH of the text forms.
Finally got it done. Took about 45 minutes. Very odd.
They have no local offices. Would have to travel 40 minutes to get to their nearest office. The old office was about two miles from my house, so the new owner is a large outfit ever-expanding.
-
I'm up, I'm up - ten hours of really needed sleep.
-
I literally cannot keep up with what the CDC says.
-

They didn't request a negative test. I was curious to see if I was negative yet because I had no idea how long it would take to show a negative test.
-
No, I won't wait for a negative test. I'll just wear my mask for now.

Definitely not!

Not very many people can, I'm sure.

What a shame they have sold. I hope after this all goes well.

Oh, yes you might have waited a bit longer. I am a curious person and would probably retest in 10 days to see if my status changed.

I was thinking of doing that, also. Ten days from my first test will be tomorrow, but I'll wait until the weekend so that it'll have been two full weeks from my first test.

Nor very many people can, I'm sure.
Bryan mentioned it was hard for him to keep up with who qualifies for monoclonal antibody therapy. It hasn't changed in awhile so I don't think that is a current issue.

Good vibes you are finally negative.
-
I got an email from the Postal Service that my government Covid test kits will be arriving Thursday.
-
If they don't, I will file a Paypal dispute.
-
;D
-
Soon I will be headed over to our clubhouse for my book discussion group gathering.
-
We are discussing Meet Me at the Museum.
-
Turns out I don't have to. The kits arrived today!
-
Have a 'Nilla wafer penguin!
-
I think we can take it to the next page.
-
The next page is nigh.
-
Night is also nigh.
-
FOUR!!!!
-
Four, and not a page more.
-
Yet.
-
Turns out I don't have to. The kits arrived today!
:)
-
I had a nice time with my book group.
-
Sounds good, DR Jane.
-
I didn't sleep very well last night, so I'm afraid I'm going to start getting ready for bed.
-
Good night, friends.
-
'night
-
Composer is architect of time and we have to dance to it.
Great quote from George Balanchine.
-
Watching a well-filmed and -edited documentary called In Balanchine’s Classroom. Jacques d’Amboise was lighter than air. Edward Villela was more sensual. The women, all of them, were sublime.
-
Peter Martins is in clips but is persona non grata.
-
Now's the time
To say goodbye
To all our company....
M-i-c....c you real soon!
k-e-y...y? Because we LIKE you.
M-o-u-s-e
-
Memories are lighting the corners of my mind.
-
Poor Peter Martins. It isn't easy being non grata,
-
Good night.
-
I hope DR Michael had a nice birthday.
-
I started listening to the novel Nightmare Alley. It moves quickly, but it’s not very good.
-
I’m off to join the sleep squad.
-
I can’t keep my eyes awake.
-
Good night, all.
-
Wish I had the energy to push us to page five.
-
Alas.
-
‘Twas not to be.
-
I must say, when one gets up at two o'clock there's not much day left. I did pick up a package but not the important envelope, which will hopefully be here tomorrow.
-
I got some fresh turkey (they make a new turkey every day) and two onion rolls, came home and ate two sandwiches.
-
Since then, I have no clew as to how it got to be ten o'clock. I didn't watch anything, so...
-
I did have a long telephonic conversation.
-
For DR Jane’s dental fantasies!
-
For George and my non-dental fantasies.
-
Page five!
-
Okay, down to business.
-
My friend Sharry ran an errand for me today and they we dined and chatted over lunch in my living room.
-
No, I did not cook.
-
Instead we had lunch catered by KFC.
-
Actually, Sharry stopped and picked it up.
-
The original recipe chicken was wonderful.
-
The cole slaw delicious.
-
The mashed potatoes average.
-
And the rolls were hard as bricks.
-
So, of course, I filed a complaint with PayPal.
-
Then, this evening I binged watched some more GOLDEN GIRLS.
-
And then I came here.
-
Now I need to put my boot back on before bed.
-
I take it off for about three hours every evening.
-
And that is my report for the day.
-
Goodnight.
-
I got an email from the Postal Service that my government Covid test kits will be arriving Thursday.
I ordered some, but didn't get an e-mail. :-\

Thanks, Tom! ;)
-
I misread TCB's posts, which I thought said he didn't cook so he raped a chicken.
-
Meaning he abducted a chicken, of course.
-
And George just didn't show up?
-
He didn't make an appearance?
-
He didn't do a musical number?
-
He didn't make a post?
-

Ahh...a The Fantasticks reference. :)
-
And George just didn't show up?
I did...while coughing. :P
-
It's getting better, but still not done.
-
And now, if BK will let me...
