When the fat hell is the weather going to warm up?
In further developments, last night during the shoe fitting attempts, I was the recipient of a shoe (thankfully without a foot in it) that made its way into the orchestra pit.
I don’t feel like moving yet.
Last night's revival was a bit much.
The guest pastor, as I have reported, has a loud and high voice.
Last night, he was a bit obnoxious.
I won't attend tonight's wrap-up.
A number of folks from his church in North Augusta have been attending. I gather from their clapping and shouting during the service that they are more evangelical than traditional Baptist, although their church is a Baptist one.
It's a bit much.

The Momoa Special sounds like something!
I am attending a 4-hour retirement seminar this afternoon. I'm sure I'll learn that I am not able to afford to retire. Ever.
Paper or plastic?
I've made phone calls and left messages to all financial advisors, sent an email to the funders proving that I hjave applied for recording rights to several shows, and now I wait.
I’m having fun guessing all the wrong choices. An expanded Ain’t Broadway Grand?
~~~MOST EXCELLENT BACK VIBES & XYLOPHONES~~~ for DR Ron Pulliam.
~~~HURDLE VIBES~~~ for DR elmore3003!!!!!
Now THAT'S what I would call an adjustment!
DR George I hope you get your new car by the end of the week.
~~~Vibes That BK's Big Burrito Issues Don't Get Worse!!~~~
Awoke in a bit of pain. My lower back is giving me fits.
Am advised to find Absorbine Horse Liniment. People here swear by it.
Anything is worth trying.
Jason Momoa:
I first saw him in the TV series "Stargate: Atlantis". He seemingly dropped out of sight when that show ended, but he made a huge splash as "Aquaman" and seems to be very popular as that character.
I was told it may take a few applications before I get the result I want (which is normalcy, thanks), but I can tolerate the wait now.
I am glad it worked, and you didn't complain about the smell.
Happy Birthday, Jennifer!
It has "helped", but I am by no means free of pain.
It's just duller now.
Book has moved on to the design team and that initial part usually takes three days or so - perhaps I'll have a galley to approve next week.
Still can't quite lose the taste of that awful burrito, but tummy seems to be doing better. Part of the problem, lingering taste-wise, is that I didn't eat anything else. So, hopefully if I have something mild at lunch, that will help.
Something with a strong flavor, but easy on the stomach, might help.
Something with peppermint usually helps me.
Back from a very tasty lunch (thank goodness) at California Pizza Kitchen. They have a new lunch special - a small pizza (7-inch) of 800 calories and a tiny Caesar comes with it (200 calories) - so, the perfect calorie count and both items were excellent.
My back porch furniture has been sanded and re-painted, all the trim work is done around the house, and am only waiting for all the shutters to be painted and the screening on the porch to be finished.
This has been a project, mostly overseen by my looking out of windows and laying low. The porch man brought me a gift this morning. He had noticed my limping and brought me an oak walking stick that he refinished.
It's a beautiful thing, too.
While peppermint settles my stomach I find it can make my reflux worse.
I saw a new ophthalmologist yesterday. I'd complained to my PCP that the surgeon he so wanted me to go to doesn't speak. All I get is a word or two in reply. An excellent surgeon, I'm sure, but I need someone I can discuss my questions and concerns with. IMO, this is a very overlooked aspect of corporate medicine. The new doctor was much more personable, answered questions, and was quite thorough. I NEVER feel I have enough time with the docs, but this was a much better experience. He doesn't have a long waiting list (one month, which I can live with) and is closer to me, so lower Uber fees. Since booking the appointment I developed a little pimple thing on my lower eyelid and he took care of that, too. I'll be interested to see the bill. I don't expect a co-pay, but he did a lot more than just a standard exam.
I wanna go now.
If you're a chocolate lover try ChocZero chocolates, not as sweet as conventional chocolate, but contain NO sugar! I still thank DR George for telling me about them here.
Ron, I'm glad you're getting at least partial relief. I have a lot of experience with pain and would recommend the following:
Drink a lot of water. (.5 oz for every pound of body weight per day -- divide your weight by 2 for the number of ounces you need)
Avoid sugar.
Stretch daily, starting with what you can do comfortably. Bob Anderson's book STRETCHING is an excellent place to start.
Get plenty of the omega-3 fish oils, either by eating fatty fish, such as salmon, or by capsules from reliable sources (Nordic Naturals, Carlson, Life Extension).
Try acupuncture.
Pay attention to good body mechanics (posture and alignment during all activities) so you're not stressing your body unnecessarily.
Purchase an infrared heating pad and use it daily.
I am glad you found someone more attentive, and closer to home.
Ginger beer has a strong enough flavor to likely cover an unpleasant aftertaste and has enough fizz to settle a stomach.
I still haven't tried them. I am so fussy about chocolate I fear I won't like them, and you can't just buy one in the store to try.
Jane, try them and I'll buy any that you and Keith don't like. You can't lose!
PAGE FIVE CHOCZERO (https://www.choczero.com/) DANCE!!
Funny, I see they are all Keto friendly.
I haven't (yet) gotten any flavors that I haven't at leased liked...although, I do like some better than others. ;)
We just booked our 2nd booster vaccinations.
That little mac'n'cheese thief is adorable.
DR TCB - I guess I call The Broadway Album - the Sondheim Album since Miss BS sings eight or so songs written by - Sondheim.
