Well, you've read the notes, the notes have always depended on the kindness of strangers, and now it is time for you to post until the kind cows come home.
-
And the word of the day is: UNANIMOUS!
-
The DVD that arrived yesterday was the TV broadcast of Jesus Christ Superstar starring John Legend.
-
What's interesting (to me, at least) is that Micaela Diamond, Ben Platt's costar in the new Broadway production of Parade (that I also received yesterday), is in the ensemble of JCSS, as is Ben's brother, Jonah Platt. What a small world.
-
Micaela also was the understudy for Mary Magdalene in JCSS.
-
She also performed the role of young Cher in The Cher Show on Broadway.

Micaela also was the understudy for Mary Magdalene in JCSS.
I didn't know that!

I did know that. :)
-
Lovely photo of Jeanne, the birthday girl!
-
And now, for something completely different:
-
;D
-
George made me hungry so I go a Fatburger. They're pretty small and it was tasty.
-
I definitely blame DR George.
-
And Tiler Peck, for good measure.
-
Good morning, friends.
-
Pardon my French.
-
Pardon my French fries.
-
And my mozzarella sticks.
-
.
-
I was planning to take Lake Shore Drive, but I guess that will work, too.
-
Good morning, all!
-
DR Jeanne, what a wonderful photo of you in the notes!
-
DR singdaw, I loved the post about airplane windows in the loo.
-
Good morning
-
I just woke up with a shock a half hour before the alarm
-
I just realized that when I when I set up the altar for todays service I didn’t change the paraments from white to red
-
Fortunately it’s still 90 minutes before service and I’m only a mile away so I shall tun over and fix it
-
Sending vibes and prayers for everyone
-
Ny debt ceiling reminder:
-
Sometimes I wish these crazed shooters picking random victims at malls and markets would just go to Washington and do in the worthless MAGA GOP members of congress, but then I realize the crazed shooters ARE the GOP!
-
I will now step off my soapbox and go work on a ballet.
-
Good morning, all.
-
Glad that BK and DR Jeanne had a lovely lunch, and that there is photographic evidence of same.
-
The red pants await.
-
Slept well. Had a recurring dream about working on a manuscript involving a recipe for the cocktail, the corpse reviver. And shopping in a second hand store.
-
Wonderful photo of DR Jeanne.
-
Story of my life!
-
I had some sort of a bizarre dream about carting around a tn of party supplies to the NYC Gay Men's Chorus for a Joel Grey performance.
-
Good morning, all.
-
This is early for me on a Sunday, but I didn't want to take the chance of falling back into an annoying dream.
There was this excerpt of a musical piece that I was looking at, which wasn't identified. It was supposedly an excerpt from Bach or Beethoven - except when hearing it performed, it was obviously something in musical theatre. I couldn't pin down exactly what it was or if they (whoever "they" are) were performing it right. But this doesn't even describe it well. It can't really be described at all. It was just supremely annoying.
-
I must leave around noon for my friend's annual Memorial Day Sunday cookout. It's not a huge gathering, probably a dozen people, maybe a little more than that. A good tradition, though, relaxing and enjoyable.

Have good time!
-
I finished kitty cleanup and I've got a few A&T edits.
-
We played. The pain got bad around the time we played.
-
Then I came home.
-
I hope I can travel next Sunday.
-
A blessed Sunday to you all.
-
In the midst of our Memorial Day weekend, please give a thought to its purpose: To remember and honor the lives given in the service of our country.
-
I slept criminally well last night. In fact, i have been out of bed only 10 minutes (so you see how I am starting my day). I haven't even made coffee yet.
I dreamed so many dreams, only wisps of which remain in my mind:
In one, I am pushing a cart up a red-carpeted street, knowing that when I reach the top I can ride the cart instead.
In another, I am in the passenger seat of a car, the driver of which remarks that he dreams of a world in which children will have a Free to be A Kid Day.
I attribute that last one to something I saw on the news. The first one seems to be related, indirectly, to my viewing of "What's Up, Doc" a couple of nights ago.
-
Speaking of "What's Up, Doc", it has its really fun, funny moments.
Madeline Kahn should have been nominated for, and won, an Oscar.
The supporting players are wonderful, including Randy Quaid who made the most of his miniscule part. Mabel Albertson is terrific!! Kenneth Mars and Austin Pendleton are perfect in their roles, as well.
And then there is Liam Dunn as the judge who practically steals the film.
Ryan O'Neal is simply a mixed bag. He seems to fit right in, but his deadpan isn't funny. He could have used some coaching from Cary Grant whose professor in "Bringing Up Baby" was the obvious parallel/inspiration for Howard Bannister.
Still, with Barbra anyone looks good!
-
I am not certain, but I believe I have a Zoom chat this afternoon. It's a good day for it because it's rather gray and glum outside. 53 degrees currently.
I have to decide if I want an early lunch or a brunch. Either way, I have to prepare something.

DR Ron- What a crushing way to learn the news about Jim Whaley. I can’t remember how I heard, probably my mom told me. He was such a fixture for me in my teen years in Atlanta. I always remembered that Steve Martin moment because Steve articulated something that had been in my own head.
When I made the mistake of going off to Ole Miss for a year of college, Jim was even on the PBS local from Memphis, and that was a bit of balm for my homesickness. So nice to learn what a great friend he was.
-
Are there any "Murder, She Wrote" fans here?
The Great American Family Channel (GFAM) has lots of episodes airing daily, but on Saturday's there is an all-day marathon.
I watch them for the episodes set in the south. They are hysterically funny for one reason: The most gosh-awful southern accents that have ever been recorded for posterity.
Some of the female stars in the episodes use accents so dipped in honey-fried magnolia buds that you can just imagine them in the throes of hissy fits.
Angela Lansbury, bless her heart, gave many actors opportunities to work when work wasn't to be had elsewhere. But nary a penny was ever spent on dialogue coaching (at least, I hope they didn't pay to get those over-zealous sounds).
Oh, well.

It's always gratifying to learn that others watched his show. My PBS affiliate in Indianapolis showed it weekly, as well. Jim was very proud that his show was syndicated.
Our phone calls are what I miss the most.
-
I hope I can travel next Sunday.
I hope you feel better every day.
-
Was watching What’s Up Doc clips the other night after listening to an Austin Pendleton interview on a podcast. Def was my favorite movie as a kid. The whole chase scene made me cry with laughter. I think O’Neal does a good job. Maybe his best. Barbra is luminous. Everyone is hilarious with the wordplay I appreciate in my dotage way more than the chase scene.
-
I see there are a bunch of Jim’s clips on YouTube now, so I will be watching those.
-
Great picture and turn of events with Jeanne yesterday!
-
Madeline Kahn deserved several Oscars and more than one Tony. She was brilliant.

Check out the link I left yesterday. A load of episodes are available for viewing.

BK, I recommend King’s Fish House in Calabasas. It’s a good-vibe zone.

It's coffee time.
And brunch.

Good morning!

Nice photo of DR Jeanne!

Yesterday had to take daughter to a horror-themed birthday party for a kid over in Canada. Weird idea, but it ended up cute, the birthday girl just loves Halloween. They had the place decorated all spooky. And a big inflatable water slide/bouncy thing in the backyard. I find if there are more than 10 kids, the birthday kid is overwhelmed and isn’t very nice, but there were only about 7 kids, and she was very sweet to my shy daughter.
Proud dad moment: daughter Rodz won musical chairs. That’s no small feat!
-
Insane news about Keith’s skin doc sitting on that info. Wtf is going on in the medical world these days. Covid and short-staffing being used as excuses for all manner of bad behaviors. Vibes to Keith, sounds like the path forward is the best one.

Happy Sunday to everyone! There's a new Broadway Radio Show up on the site for your enjoyment. At This Theatre: The Vivian Beaumont as we look at the history of this beautiful Lincoln Center venue and hear from the many musicals that have played there. I was traveling out of the country the past 2 Sundays so didn't get a chance to post here, but I was able to remotely launch 2 radio shows from the Cayman Islands (which is where I was vacationing!). So, please do check them out...they are on the radio show page under Archives: Show Tune Chanteuse (great modern female jazz vocalists covering show tunes) and Broadway Goes Pop, Part 2 (musical theatre performers from Broadway and the West End sing some fun pop songs)....ENJOY all 3 episodes!!!

Sunday morning greetings! I’m settled in for the pre-race festivities from Indianapolis.
-
DR Jane, Richard and I sent Keith (and you) all the best as his treatment begins.
-
HA! So many wonderful things.
-
Free lunch and a wonderful photo of DR JEANNE!
Thanks for the story and the photo MR BK.
-
DR JOHN G I kind of suffered through TOM JONES because the lead actor was very nice looking - but it was a bit of a slog.
-
Yes DR VIXMOM - the 60th anniversary of the JFK infamy....I don't know why I said 70th....
DR JANE we moved from a smaller school (the entire 7th grade class was in one classroom) to a larger one in October of 1962....there were probably 180 students or more in the class and we were divided into sections. I was in 7-2 and my brother was put in 7-7.
We had classes in three buildings and there was a LOT of walking to get there in three minutes.
-
They only had one Math book in the bookstore, so we had to share. My brother had Math in the main building during first period. I had Math during second period in the Academy Building. So I had to run over to the main building and get the book and get back to the AB because I had been in music class for the first period there.
WHEW! I would meet my brother at the bottom of the steps as he went to history class. More than once he forgot and I had to go to the history class to get the book and run even faster....to get to Math.
-
Today is the birthday of Miss Carroll Baker.
-
Thank you DR Ron. Neither of us are concerned about the cancer returning, once it is removed.
-
Thank you DR Vixmom. It is a shame the doctor dropped the ball like that. Still, I am glad we went since she did do the biopsy.
-
George made me hungry so I go a Fatburger. They're pretty small and it was tasty.
Good! ;D

My forgetting to change the paraments and rushing to church early turned out to be a blessing
-
Since I was going early I brought some freshly laundered linens with me to iron
-
I was in the sacristy, engaged in ironing, when the person assigned as assisting minister today arrived .
-
He’s quite tall, over 6’4”, and stocky ,and was too large to fit any of the robes hanging up in the sacristy.
-
Just before the pandemic I had just bought a new extra large one, which I never opened as we suspended church and then assisting ministers until just a few months ago
.
-
It was still in its package in the linens drawer where I placed it three years ago
-
It was still in its package in the linens drawer where I placed it three years ago
Nice!
-
So I pulled it out, and since I was already ironing I pressed it and Derrick looked very well this morning
-
Oh, look! It's Page Four!
-
We’re heading out now to take my mom to the cemetery to visit my dad and her dads graves
-
Then we’ll take her to lunch
-
It has been years and years since I have had a mozzarella stick.
-
Recently we almost ordered some but got onion rings instead.
-
In memory of Ms. Madeline Kahn, I am watching Paper Moon.
-
.
Aww.
-
I was planning to take Lake Shore Drive, but I guess that will work, too.

I never thought much of Ryan until this movie.

Insane news about Keith’s skin doc sitting on that info. Wtf is going on in the medical world these days. Covid and short-staffing being used as excuses for all manner of bad behaviors. Vibes to Keith, sounds like the path forward is the best one.
Thanks. In all our years of going to dermatologist and getting biopsies, this has never happened.
-

Thank you.

You and your brother were in the same grade?
I remember the hustle to get to gym classes on time. There is a tunnel that goes under a main street at my Jr. High, now a middle school. No dawdling permitted if you had to go from or to the farthest classrooms.
-

:o
I seem to recall books being handed out to us in class, not purchased at the book store.
-
So I pulled it out, and since I was already ironing I pressed it and Derrick looked very well this morning
I am sure he appreciated your finding, and ironing it for him.
-
I was a vision in red at church this morning.
-
A vision, I tell you.
-
My goodness, DR Jrand72. With all that running, you should have gotten credit for phys ed, as well as math.
-
DR Jeanne, I enjoyed your lovely birthday photo in the notes.
-
I have to take a break.
-
A vision, I tell you.
I am sure.
-
Well, I must get ready and hie myself out into the wilds of Tumwater so that I can get to and perform in today's matinee performance of Sunday in the Park with George. :)
-
Until later!
-
Break a matinee leg, G!
-
We had junior high. 7th and 8th grade separate from anyone else. I thought it was a good idea to keep that Petri dish of 12-14 year olds in various odd stages of development apart from the rest of the academic world. I think the concept has been done away with though.
-
Wishing I could see the Indy 500, but have no tv here.
-
I am glad you were able to play this morning, DR John G., but sorry that it hurt. I'm sure your colleagues appreciated your showing up.
-
Today was the 15th day, so I was able to file my claim online with the US Postal [dis]Service.
-
FIVE
-
As DR Jrand72 is fond of saying, we shall see what we shall see.
-
DR John, sending major no more pain vibes!

And since tomorrow is a holiday it likely won't go through until Tuesday.

DR JANE my brother started out a year ahead of me - but he had to do the second grade over - so starting in the second grade we were in the same class.
Over the summer, we moved and in the third grade at the new school my mother started dressing us alike so folks assumed we were twins.
-
Congrats to Daughter Rods on her victory.
-
DR VIXMOM is always prepared!
-
I meant the school bookstore DR JANE.....all of our textbooks were purchased there.
I think now all the books are rented instead.

I knew what you meant, just was surprised you had to buy them in the bookstore vs getting them in class. Shocking is that there weren't enough books for everyone.

Wishing I could see the Indy 500, but have no tv here.
It’s ending very weirdly, DR Rodzinski.
-
I'm up, I'm up - eight hours of sleep.
-
I purchase my expensive thyroid meds through Canada and a fraction of the cost here.
The tracking info shows it sat in New Zealand before getting shipped, and that it has been sitting in Los Angeles since arriving there on May 15th :o
-
Hopefully it has left LA and will arrive on Tuesday, which will be 17 days since it was shipped.
-
DR Rodzinski, is not having a tv part of your new life style?
-
DR Matthew was dressed for Pentecost this morning!
-
He's on fire!

"I suppose you're wondering why I have gathered you all here."
-
Well, I accepted a friend request on Facebook last Thursday and it was a real mistake for several reasons, beginning with the fact that from his constant messages I think he's got mental issues and he's one more whore trolling Facebook for seamy possibilities. I unfriended him, but I think I should block him.
-
Thanks for sharing the picture of DR Matthew, Singdaw.
-
Sorry, Elmore. Sounds like a nightmare.

Who here remembers the three-night-a-week ABC "Peyton Place" series in the 1960s?
Mia Farrow, Ryan O'Neal, Barbara Parkins and Christopher Connelly were the "new stars" that got started there.

Well, I must get ready and hie myself out into the wilds of Tumwater so that I can get to and perform in today's matinee performance of Sunday in the Park with George. :)

This is part of a four-movie James Stewart set. Harvey and Glenn Miller were included. Vertigo is the one I’m saving for last.

I have a shirt just like DR MATTHEW's.....I'm not sure where it is.

Back from a nice lunch with Marshall Harvey. He'll now properly sync Champion so I can watch it properly.

Also picked up Diet Cokes - four for fifteen bucks - that's as cheap as it gets.
-
DR Rodzinski, is not having a tv part of your new life style?
Isn’t a cable co servicing our town and don’t feel like doing satellite stuff. We have a couple streaming services on computer but we just don’t watch much.
-
Really enjoying Rear Window. What a great cast. Thelma Ritter was the best.
-
We will be watching finale of Succession tonight. Our only show we follow.

Back -- from a beautiful day sitting in the shade under huge trees in a really nice yard, eating grilled cheeseburgers, bratwursts, a great southwestern-style salad with rotisserie chicken, a delicious pasta salad, a fine cole slaw, and a delicious homemade strawberry rhubarb pie with vanilla ice cream.
Now, what's for dinner?
-
Yum.
-
I had watermelon for dinner.
-
I had a fruit dinner too!
-
Pineapple and different berries.

Fatuous post #208.
-
Final evening at the in-laws house. We move them to assisted living tomorrow. Then we’ll do a little prep and cleanup here. Have a company come and sort out all the junk. House will go on sale in a few days. Bittersweet. Wife’s only childhood home. It was nice having the option to come here and visit or stay if our power went out or whatever. But they just couldn’t stay here anymore.
-
Hugs, Rodzinski.
-
Eight.

Rhubarb pie....I loved it until ... well I have told the story before.
-
When we lived in the country, we had some rhubarb plants....and our mom would send us out to get some stalks and make a delicious pie.
And then one hot summer day, I watched our dogs walk over and sprinkle the rhubarb with their own special flavoring.
After that we didn't have any more rhubarb pies.

DR JANE I didn't realize how much I enjoyed being in the same classroom with my brother until he wasn't.
-
Page Eight is nice....and it's nice to have one more day off!
-
George Maharis has passed away....I always enjoyed him and his partner Martin Milner on Route 66.....and in the movie SYLVIA with the birthday gal Carroll Baker.
-
I had watermelon for dinner.
Yum.
-
Final evening at the in-laws house.
It is a shame what has happened, yet fortunate you moved close by in time to handle this.
Best of wishes and coping vibes to them in their new space.
-
When we lived in the country, we had some rhubarb plants....and our mom would send us out to get some stalks and make a delicious pie.
And then one hot summer day, I watched our dogs walk over and sprinkle the rhubarb with their own special flavoring.
After that we didn't have any more rhubarb pies.
;D
-
Great story, JRand. Rhubarb is a favorite food, but it’s high in oxalic acid, so it causes kidney stones. Love-hate.

You really don't want to eat it.
-
The first time I had Rhubarb was in a rhubarb/strawberry pie. It was good.

'night
-
Well, I must get ready and hie myself out into the wilds of Tumwater so that I can get to and perform in today's matinee performance of Sunday in the Park with George. :)
And here we all are in our act one costumes. The Nurse also plays Mrs., but she was in the Nurse's costume at the time, so no Mrs. in the group photo
Nice photo.
Thanks, Jane!
-
I couldn't find where I'd posted this before, but here are Mr. and Mrs. again:
-
Fun cast shot, DR George!
Thanks, Singdaw!
-
Well, helllo!

Cute!!
-
Back from a nice lunch with Marshall Harvey. He'll now properly sync Champion so I can watch it properly.
Nice!
-
Also picked up Diet Cokes - four for fifteen bucks - that's as cheap as it gets.
Fred Meyer is having that same sale right now...for both Pepsi and Coke products, so customers can mix and match between those brands.
-
Now watching a Buster Keaton short before bed. It’s called Neighbors and there isn’t much of a story except Buster seems to love his neighbor. The cops get involved. Mayhem ensues. Laughs and kittens and falling pants.

Four? Cases? 2-liter bottles? 6-packs? Surely not cans.
-
That night the Daredevil Opera Company was executing “Faust” — and he deserved it.
Great subtitle in Keaton’s Haunted House

Where will you and the family move to?
-
Three!
-
I can’t count.
-
Nine!
-
Back from dinner out.
-
And ready for bed.
-
Good nighr, friends.

At the local Fred Meyer here, it's four 12-packs of cans for $15. :)

So over the last several days, my sister and her boyfriend went to Salt Lake City, Utah to visit a friend of hers, and she brought me back some keychains!
-
Here's a picture of them:
-
:D
-
Very nice.
-
Good night, all.
-
Gratuitous Post #250!!
-
Very nice.
Thanks, John!
-
Today's show went really well.
-
I'd heard that we had about 90 people, so that wasn't too bad.
-
They very muchly enjoyed the show.
-
Afterward, my friend Margo (who ushered) and I went to Applebee's for an after show early dinner.
-
Since it was during their afternoon happy hour, we chose items from their half-priced appetizer menu.
-
And actually, we both had the Chicken Wonton Tacos...which are always very yummy.
-
We chatted and ate and not too long before we got our food, a couple was seated in the booth right behind Margo.
-
It turned out to be Chris, who played George in SitPwG!
-
He was with a young woman.
-

We’re staying here. The in-laws will now be a half hour away instead of a few min.
-
Girlfriend? Just a friend? Sister? I don't know.
-
Hugs, Rodzinski.
Thank you, brother.
-
We said hi to each other and pleasantries, but no mutual introductions. ::)
-
Anyway, we each enjoyed our meals and then Margo and I left before them.
-
We said goodbye, and I said that I'd see him Thursday at our pick-up rehearsal and then Margo and I went our separate ways.
-
Hmm, he left you wondering, George.

Thank you. Their new place is quite nice, I’m told. I’ll see it tomorrow.
-
I then went to my sister's, where she not only gave me the keychains, she also had some doughnuts from Voodoo Doughnuts (https://www.voodoodoughnut.com/doughnuts/).
-
Page nine????
-
Page ten???
-
Talk about YUMMY!! ;D
-
Really?
-
I took a couple home, too. :)
-
Yummy would be page eleven.
-
Glad the show went well, G. Wish I could make it down. When the folks are more settled and looked after, I hope to do some weekend jaunts down into Seattle and thereabouts.
-
You'd think it was a holiday weekend.
-
And?
-
Why?
-
Who?
-
Where?
-
When?
-
Hmm, he left you wondering, George.
Yup. I don't need to know, though.
-
I have no idea.
-
Page ten doesn't cut the mustard.
-
Or the ketchup.
-

No problem. You definitely have other priorities.
-
Or the mayo.
-
Wah-wah guitar - that's what we need around here.
-
Yes.
-
Maybe.
-
~~~Continued Vibes for Rodzinski and Family!!~~~
-
Did you know that maybe spelled backwards is ebyam?
-
Vibes and xylophones all around.
-
I had a patty melt for food at three, some fries, too. That's it for today.
-
I wonder.
-
I wonder as I wander.
-
My dad had a riddle he liked asking me:
“Do you think the rain’ll hurt the rhubarb?”
-
You know what?
-
I think there's gaslighting going on here.
-
See?
-
Patty melts are nature’s perfect food.
-
Page eleven.
-
No onions though.
-
I have always loved patty melts - best ever were at the Hamburger Hamlet.
-
I'll take your onions.
-
Jerry's Deli did a great patty melt, too.
-
George is off ordering a patty melt.
-
My fave were at Steak and Shake.
-
I once dated a Patty but she didn't melt.
-
I'll take your onions.
Ebyam!
-
George has gone down a damn rabbit hole.
-
I'm gonna watch a movie before bed.
-
I mention the movie in the notes.
-
Speaking of BK's one syllable questions, The Manhattan Transfer recorded a song called "Who What Where When Why (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PEx5dXD2nOc), and I didn't know this, but it was written by Rupert Holmes!
-
Yes, the notes.
-
Patti Duke melted all our hearts.
-
Yes, that's a great Rupert song.
-
So did Patty Duke.
-
His version is aces.
-
George has gone down a damn rabbit hole.
Nope...gathering musical information!
-
And a hot dog made her lose control.
-
I tried so hard to get Rupert to be in an episode of Sami - it was close, but he was just too busy as something he wrote was about to be workshopped.
-
Do you call 411 for musical information?
-
But he did want to do it. Season two.
-
His version is on Rupert’s first record I think?
-
New notes are up.
-
Up are new notes.
-
I've seen them.
-
I've read them.
-
I wrote them.
-
And page twelve has arrived. That's more like it.
-
How can it be that May is almost done?
-
I don't get it.
-
Which I can’t find on vinyl. No his 3rd “Singles”, that one
-
I think all his albums have been on CD.
-
Can’t find Holmes’ “Singles” on vinyl anywhere.
-
But some only came out in Japan - I have them all.
-
Complete.
-
Thanks to you, Widescreen has that glorious release.
-
Unadulterated.
-
Untethered.
-
Is George ordering a patty melt?
-
But I also have it on vinyl.
-
Is he still gathering musical information.
-
Is he doing the Pachanga?
-
Does anyone still do the Pachanga?
-
But some only came out in Japan - I have them all.
Cool!
-
I wonder if eBay has a copy of Pachanga! by Rene and his Pachanga Orchestra?
-
Let's find out.
-
Thanks to you, Widescreen has that glorious release.
Agreed!!
-
Is George ordering a patty melt?
Nope. I already brushed my teeth.
-
I especially love the 3 versions of the No Small Affair theme .
-
Does anyone still do the Pachanga?
I've never heard of the Pachanga. :-\
-
Amazon has it on vinyl: https://www.amazon.com/Pachanga-Vinyl-Rene-His-Orchestra/dp/B0078DBDP8
-
It’s kind of a lesson in songwriting for a purpose.
-
Amazon has it on vinyl: https://www.amazon.com/Pachanga-Vinyl-Rene-His-Orchestra/dp/B0078DBDP8
For as little as $58.75.
-
George how have you missed the pachanga??
-
George how have you missed the pachanga??
It's not Sondheim. ::)
;)
-
It was kind of a flop, I think. Compared to the cha-cha and rhumba.
-
When I was shooting my first CBS pilot, Young Love, they had a bunch of records as set dressing in the apartment of Michael Burns and Meredith Baxter. One day, Michael and I were looking through them and we found the Pachanga album and we laughed so hard and it became a long running gag with us for years.
13 ghosts!
