Last night's li'l concert went well, and that's it for me for this year except for our closing weekend of the show this Friday & Saturday.
Changing the bed today. I'm late as hell in putting on the first flannel sheets of the season. I normally like to get into the flannel by Thanksgiving. Better late than never, of course, and we're certainly having the winter temperatures for it.
It seems we are having a major power outage in our area.
Unfortunately we picked up my next 4 injections yesterday and they need to be kept in the refrigerator. I checking if friends in Portland have power.
I tried to print somethiing for my ballet reference, and the printer is not only offline; once again, the plug seems to be dead and so it has no power. I do not know what the hell to do. This is becoming a real issue.

We once had a Motorola TV and I liked saying the word.
Now that I have heat in the apartment, it was too hot to sleep last night. I was way too restless, my legs ached, and then the damned neuropathy set in and my feet and ankles itched like mad. I had sporadic dreams: something about my Appalachian family background, something about auditions for Shakespeare's dreadful history play King John, and Guys and Dolls. I couldn't wait for the alarm to ring.
But they are adapting. So am I.

Did get a modern major miracle this morning, so that helps.
Freddie, I get irritating videos in my YouTube feed because I watch a certain kind of video, namely so-called first amendment auditors annoying everyone in sight - I've gotten many of their videos taken down by contacting the buildings in which they're filming when told not to.
I think that's a real shame. Because, you know, there's nothing better than tacky Christmas decorations. And I like that.

I walked several laps at the mall this morning. Their Christmas decorations are pretty sparse this year.

I may now watch that Christmas Carol ballet. Had no idea it was choreographed by Christopher Gable. If you don't know the name, he plays opposite Twiggy in The Boy Friend and also choreographed quite a bit of the film.

Aroubd 1:15, Joshie brought me eight numbers from High Spirits. I explained my printer mess, and he spent maybe 30 minutes housecleaning, replacing a power strip older than God, replugging and weeding the mess of cords and wires under my computer table, and Im hopefully back in business.
