DR George, this happened around 3 am so nobody was hurt.
A couple of RIPs of note:
Brigitte Bardot, 91
Gary Graffman, pianist, 97
The real problem is that even though there were only five people in our group, and the place was busy but certainly not packed, it took about 50, count 'em, FIFTY minutes to get our food! :o

Jane, in our school group, more of us are currently single than currently married, but only a few of us have never been married.
Today has been proclaimed a day of rest and recovery for the likes of little ol' moi, so I will most definitely be not going left, not going right. In plain language, I shall be sitting on my ASS, grateful to not even be sticking my head outside.
A couple of RIPs of note:

I am still recovering from the shocks of MR BK paying over $21 for a turkey sandwich.
Some nut job on Facebook swore he measured 23 1/2 inches of rain on his patio. From one day. I didn't exactly call him an idiot, but did tell him that if that were true it would break every record known in the Valley (he's in Newhall) since the mid-1800s and I think if THAT had happened we would have heard about it. I also asked him how he measured it - with a tape measure? He never responded, so I assume he was just another Facebook nitwit.
And the blatant lies from the AI pages, and the memes they post are beyond reprehensible, and yet, people believe them.
And a Very Happy Birthday to you, MichaelG!! :D
Happy happy birthday, MichaelG!

Keith got Wordle in four.
DR Kevin, you are the only person I know who did better than four today.

Maybe I got it because that’s the name of a street ( plus another “t” at the end) in Buffalo that my sister and I were talking about.
We comped that and I was as happy as I'm gonna be with it and the engineer was happy, too. I think when he finesses my vocal into the mix, which he'll do on his own, it will be fine. I also recorded a hidden track.
And now, I'm at my sister's to play Monopoly. We had nachos for lunch, too. :)
Me: "I know. I always am. About what?"
Good afternoon.
After the latest comments regarding Greenland a bakery in Denmark is selling these.

Thanks, DRs George and Jane!
Still listening. While listening, I did a first pass at a brand new album sequence for what finally will be called The Sherman Brothers Album.

Then we finessed the other four mixes we hadn't finessed and that was that. He'll send me the hi-rez files tomorrow night and I'll make a brand new album sequence. Once I have that, he'll send it to the mastering guy and on we go.
And now, I'm at my sister's to play Monopoly. We had nachos for lunch, too. :)
I want nachos. Maybe New Year's Eve.

I have to rummage through a couple of boxes in the garage now and pull out the comics that I have and see what they're going for - I do have two fairly early comics, one Superman and one Batman, but have no idea of their worth and wouldn't really know how to grade them. I have some very high grade Li'l Abner comics, including the first four or five issues. Those go for decent money. And a few other rarities. I do have all the MAD comic books save for three or four issues.
And boxes upon boxes of later MAD issues - probably from number 40 into the 200s.
Listening to a new upcoming Kritzerland release, another foreign cast album of an American musical - several of those coming this year.
Then I did the credits page and let me tell you what happiness it brought me to not list a single name from the original release, save for Vinnie, and our team who actually worked on the album. No mention of other labels, other "producers" or designers. Not a one.
I have an early G.I. Joe comic and Issue 1 of Peter Porker the Spectacular Spider Ham. Could fetch $50 on a good day.
