I went to dance class for the first time tonight. Two wore masks (including me), three did not. Social distancing was maintained.

It felt good to get back, though.

Tomorrow night, I usher for the first time. People have to wear masks unless they're in their seats. I wonder how that's going to go over. It's a free event, so people shouldn't have a hard time playing by the rules in exchange for something free. But you never know.

We are not supposed to be getting after patrons without masks, but we are supposed to be offering them one. If they refuse, we're supposed to track down our patron services manager. Trouble is, there will only be one or two for an event in which the whole building will be open.

Ricky was also sick this week.  My vet is retiring so went back to the one that originally took care of Callie.  I didn't leave there on the best of terms, but they are very good vets and it was a good visit.  I haven't been there for 10 years, but they remembered me.  Don't know if that's a good thing or not, but Ricky loves the pill pockets they recommended and he's getting better.

I am glad Ricky is getting better.

I've watched Ricky Gervais After Life twice this week.  I haven't lost a spouse, but it looks like it may be both parents and a sister in a year.  I think that qualifies. Mom could surprise us all, but I'm not sure she wants to

How do you social distance while dancing?  While exercising indoors, especially without masks, I believe you need more than 6 feet.

I assume that the masks that the theater is offering should be right at the entrance(s).  That way the patrons have to specifically refuse the offer...and can be silently shamed by other patrons.

I went and put gas in the motor car - first time in almost a month.  Since the previous time gas has gone up thirty-five cents.  This is why I loathe our governor - it's all on him.
