It is illegal in Washington not to remove all of your signs in a certain amount of time.  The candidate can receive a stiff fine.

Apparently, this only applies to public lands.  So, if the jerk across the street has a giant TRUMP sign in his front yard, he can keep it up as long as he wishes.

I would think that keeping up the signs on a person's own yard for as long as they wanted would probably fall under free speech, so they probably wouldn't restrict that any.  Just my 2˘.
