Similar to Vixmom's dinner, the Applebee's Caesar salad was essentially chopped lettuce, croutons and grilled chicken.

I assume that they limited the number of seats for this performance because of the rules when they first started selling the tickets, and probably decided not to open it up, yet. Just a guess.
