I got Birdy Barnum another owl to hang on the OTHER side of his cage....to replace the ladybug which was a BIG flop.

The owl is a big success....he is telling it ALL about life and his fortunes....he still enjoys talking to the original owl, but the new one, which is identical has most of his attention today.

Wednesday morning greetings! We had some snow overnight that's melting now and making a slushy mess. Richard and I are letting it melt a bit before we head out to do some errands.

Well, there's about 2 inches of snow. Time to panic ! It is going to be icy before it turns to rain later today, so I guess that's why the schools and government buildings are closed. My Buffalo relatives and friends would be amazed at the TV reporting. It's like we've never had snow before!
