If I know the person, I tailor my comments to that knowledge. If I don't know the person, I say the good things first and then mention something I didn't like.

I got up at the same time as always - but it was an hour later.

I remembered a clock I needed to reset.....now all is well.... I have 4 digital clocks and five analog clocks - and they ALL read a different time.....

Monday morning greetings! I spent all day yesterday baking 2 kinds of bar cookies for tonight's AAUW meeting. I'd forgotten that March was my month to help with refreshments until Katie showed me the sign-up sheet with my name in my handwriting. Anyway, I'm taking a plate of pecan pie bars and a plate of lemon cheesecake bars and leaving a smaller plate of each here at home for my family. We get to eat the edges.

TOD - In the revolving door of managers and assistant managers I had at Dayton Metro Library, there was only one who understood that I was in an entry level position with 25+ years of experience. He often asked my opinion and one day, before I answered I said, "Someday I'm going to say something that'll get me in big trouble." His reply was that he'd always respect my opinion and he did. He's now director of the MidPointe library system, formerly Middletown Public Library.

DR TCB, we went on the coldest night in recent memory this past January. It's something to be seen once, but we probably won't spend the money to do it again.

I have seen it four or five times now. The first was lovely. Then repetition has robbed it of a lot.

I don’t always cheer on negative reviews, but Peter Marks hits this one out of the park. Really disliked the original album.
