So, not one single person can find their Rare Tracks CD???

I didn't get a chance to go home at my lunch, but I can check before I go to the theater.

And now, I'm leaving.  I'll stop at home real quick and then get to the theater.

Be back later.

I have a question.  If I said that you are more than welcome to do something even though it is my turn, what would you think I was saying?

“Yo, bay-ach, get outta my way,” as politely as possible.

Insert Miss Thang face here. And two snaps.

LOL.  You did know then that I did not want to do it?

Could you please do it as I don't really want to.

Exactly what I meant.  The reply was "Great you can...."

I guess it would depend on tone... it could be construed as

“Sure, no problem if you would want to take my turn, I’ll do it another time”

Or it could be understood as

Being annoyed that someone is pushing you out of your turn so they can take over

Interesting options.

We went out to dinner with our neighbor/friends and I thought for sure, after my statement, they would offer to drive.  We drove-lol

I had a mushroom burger and Keith had yam Quinoa patties that were delicious.  This was the best veggie burger I have had in the area.  The fries weren't worth the calories.

At lunch time today I popped out and did some grocery shopping, came  home put the groceries away, moved laundry from the washer to the dryer, started a new load of laundry in the washer, warmed up some tomato red pepper soup, ate my soup, washed the dishes and was back at my desk all within the hour

I don't know if I can finish Romero. Despite a great performance from Raul Julia, the movie is just too depressing.

Tonight's concert was excellent. First was an inspired performance of the Dvorak Cello Concerto with Andrei Ionita just knocking it out of the park. then the symphony did Sibelius' 7th Symphony and Strauss' Till Eulenspiel's Merry Pranks, both rousing.

Sadly, there were only about 700 in attendance.

I got the thrilling position of running one of the elevators, which is a vital spot when you have a large number of elderly people in attendance.

The only thing I don't like is that if the elevator doesn't move for two minutes or more, the lights go out.

Surprisingly, or maybe not so with the slight attendance, the lights went out about 2 minutes before the concert began.
