Soaked in epsom salts earlier. Now I’m on the heating pad. My back still won’t treat me right.

Did a quick Gelson's run but apparently everyone is now drinking caffeine free Diet Coke - you could not give it away before this began, now they're out of it.  Toilet paper and paper towels, yes.  But I'll tell you what has not been on the shelves for ten WEEKS - 409.  There are many brands that are exactly the same, but apparently people ONLY want 409.  I have not seen a thing of it in a full ten weeks.  To me, that is absurd.

We set a good pace. Since we can't go to the gym in the mornings we are makiing that walk longer and faster.  Our afternoon walk is more relaxing and shorter.

As for power walking we might do stretches where we go extra fast, but then sometimes we also stopped to chat with people.

Interesting about the 409.  Maybe because it sanitizes.  I already had some Keith bought and began using it.  I prefer Clorox Clean Up.

If there were no alternatives to 409 I'd understand it - it's just wacky to me.

Today, I have a Zoom check-in for my department at 10:00 in the freakin' morning, and then an all-staff update Zoom meeting at a more respectable 2:00 in the afternoon.  Each is scheduled to last an hour.  In the past, they may have ended early, but they've never gone past that hour, so that's good.

Well, both Zoom meetings went well and were quite informative.

It looks like some staff will start to work in the buildings starting June 8, but not everyone, and not everywhere.

I think I and others in my area will be able to because we're far enough away from each other.

I woke up just in time for my first Zoom meeting, then afterward, I had time to take a shower.

If many brands are exactly the same, why don’t you buy one of them?

It was a beautiful day today, but I live in Washington State, so it was 80 degrees and not 99 degrees.
