Went to Wegmans supermarket.  Got a package of these:

https://www.perrysicecream.com/mocha-latte-barista-bars/#multi-pack

They're delicious.
Perry's is based near Buffalo and I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that Wegmans carried these here in Virginia.

Gimme some.

Storm Large is not entertaining to me.....she seems to be a contrarian who dares people to criticize her so her contrarian friends can start arguments about it.

Hopefully I will not have to subject myself to her again....

Storm Large is everything the name would imply.

Having a delightful lunch.  I reneged on my no delivery dictum this one time, but only because I got an e-mail from Postmates about free delivery AND that they'd deliver from Canter's - so I got a pastrami with cole slaw and Russian dressing and boy is it good.

The name is too close to Stormy Daniels for professional comfort.

Wednesday evening greetings!  I had an uneventful 6-month check-up with my cardiologist today.

Very annoying is that I have to be careful not to knock my hearing aids off when I take off my mask.  I would hate to lose one.

I don’t wear earrings when I’m wearing a mask, which we’re now required to do our county.  The governor’s order took effect 15 minutes ago but our sheriff announced yesterday that he won’t enforce it.

If this pandemic had been dealt with correctly we would not be as bad off as we are.  I read that the the US was rated as the best country in the world prepared for a pandemic and Britain second.

...then reality set in. :P

They didn't account for politics and that action would not be taken.

I am soooo tired of the fluff from cottonwood trees.  It is everywhere and not only annoying but allergy producing.

Started listening to a dishy history called Chanel’s Riveria that is shaping up to be fun. All about the decadent rich playing their days away while the rest of the world suffered from the Depression and World War II. Cocteau, Stravinsky, Cole Porter, the Duke and Duchess, Churchill, F. Scott and Zelda, and, of course, Coco have all put in appearances.

At least they have been the only inconsiderate people we have met there.  We think though it is time to begin carrying our masks to slip onto our faces if needed.

I think that is a good idea.

DR Laura I tried walking with the mask looped around my wrist today and it slipped off onto the ground.  I won't be doing that again ;D

Keith had a PT appointment today.  Since it was located near Trader Joe's I went with him.

I had time to sit and read for 20 minutes before walking over there.

I then browsed in Dollar Tree and purchased a few things, including a couple of containers of Good & Clean disinfectant wipes.  My plan was to send them to Craig for his classroom.  There are only 30 wipes, compared to 38 in the same size Clorox container, and they dry out very quickly.  I won't bother sending them to him.

I then waited in a long line outside of Trader Joe's.  It looked worse than it was and I was inside within 15 minutes and did my shopping.

My question for ASK BK DAY:

Do you think the study of acting or any of its "methods" are important?

Well, I must be going.  I'm leaving early to go to my sister's to help her with some stuff.

Be back later.
