George, how is your mom?

As of yesterday, she was doing okay. :) I don't know about today, yet.

Facebook started doing this latest in a series of hateful things a couple of days ago (on the desktop/browser version, not the app, which I don't use):

I'll be scrolling down some page (usually my news feed), and if I click on a "Like" or on some other kind of link, it pops me back up to the top of the page and, of course, refreshes it so I lose wherever the HELL I was. The "Like" takes effect, but I'd have to go looking for that post if I needed to see it again. I'm curious as to whether it's "just me" or if anyone else has experienced this.

:o Yikes!  That's so stupid!  I haven't experienced that myself, yet.

I have not had this issue.

DR CHAS SMITH my main issue right with BookFace is that when I go to "Like" something - it instead opens up the post to full screen instead of just letting me "Like."

It happens at least a half dozen times a day.

I know.  That's why the author was on CBS This Morning.  It sounds quite interesting.

This is 8-week old Argus, up for adoption at the Manhattan Animal Care Center.  I think I'm in love!

The problem with masks and smiling is that no one knows you're smiling.

Picked up packages, made tuna sandwiches, ate them, had more mystery project fun, and now I'm listening to music.  I think I may finally talk about the mystery project tomorrow, but it's just something fun and interesting that I wanted to see the result of.

I had White Castle for dinner. I tried their new chicken rings, which were pretty darn snacky. And a few sliders.

The problem with masks and smiling is that no one knows you're smiling.

Especially if you are wearing sunglasses.

Amazingly within 20 minutes three town trucks showed up and the guys made short work of clearing it all up, cutting the tree into pieces running it through a wood chipper which dumped the shredded wood into the back of one of the trucks
