I made a perfectly acceptable soup today using desi beans (young, green garbanzos), and I don't want perfectly acceptable today.

I cannot post for twenty-four hours because I called a Trump troll a troll moron.  Since when is either troll or moron a problem?  I'm guessing the troll reported me and I think it's the second time because of the word moron.  I have been called so much worse.

Have you now blocked the person as not to be reported again?

Good Afternoon - home from church, un-eventful.  Going to go for a short bike ride and then come home, shower, and empty a closet.  I think that will help my "gotta pack" attitude which is still not where it should be.  Considering a lot of the stuff in the closet is going in the trash, it should be therapeutic as well.

Back from picking up packages, made tacos and ate three - very good.  No more than 600 calories all in.  So, if I'm hungry later I can another two or make one burrito with meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and salsa.

My sister Brigitte has finally joined Facebook. I'm thinking of going back after the election. But I don't know if I should create a new profile that's much, much smaller. Just family and only select friends. Maybe less than 50 instead of the 950 I have now.

I have a friend who went off of FB but kept in touch with people using Messenger.  She is now back on FB using a different name and only has 27 friends.

How old is your car?  I thought all newer cars have headlights that go on and off as needed.

It’s a 2010 and dies not have that feature

Sorry about that.  I rented a car once that didn't have that feature and also let the battery die.  I rented a car once that had the feature, only it didn't work and my lights didn't go on at night.  Fortunately it was Daylight Saving time.  Since I was in LA because my father was in the hospital I made sure to be back at his place, where I was taking care of his cats, before it got dark.

By the Grace of God is an intense, infuriating and ultimately effective film. No easy answers for the stories of the three men who were abused when they were children. The facts that it's based on a true story and that some of the enablers remain unpunished are what is upsetting.

In searching for the Samuel Barber documentary on Amazon Prime, I also found Itzhak, about violinist Itzhak Perlman, which we watched tonight. Highly recommended.

I just loved The Ten Thousand Doors of January by Alix E. Harrow and have been looking forward to reading her latest book,   The Once and Future Witches.  I was even more excited when I saw it was nominated for a Goodreads best fantasy book of 2020.

I am not enjoying the book.  I hate when that happens.

The troll moron that I called a troll moron admitted in that thread that he'd reported me.  So, now they are censoring words like moron - beware you cannot call anyone a moron on Facebook.  I'm seriously thinking of finding a class action pro bono attorney to sue the shit out of them.  I have been called so much worse than a troll moron and have even reported two people because they threatened me - their posts were not taken down nor were they punished.  It's time to make Facebook pay for what they're doing and they will pay because what they're doing is clearly a violation of free speech.  We are allowed in this country to call people whatever we like.  I blocked him but will respond in that thread tomorrow even though everyone came down on him for reporting the moron comment.  I don't know exactly at what time I was given the restriction, but I'm sure it will be over by morning.

The fact you have been ignored after reporting people for threatening you is serious.  Is there a way to write them about this?  As for you calling someone a moron I think they are reacting to all of the name calling, and that is why it was only a 24 hour hold.  Try reporting the person who reported you.
