Had Japanese food for food. Picked up some packages, did a quick Gelson's run, and now I'm listening to music. Gottfried von Einem's opera of Kafka's The Trial. I had another CD of this and hadn't loved it, although it was the best of the three Trial operas I heard, but it was from an ancient radio broadcast in terrible sound - this one's a newer stereo recording and it's like listening to a whole other opera.

Got more than a half hour on the bike today, but it was a little stressful. I won’t ride during rush hour this week. Actually, it’s supposed to start raining tomorrow and then the cold is coming in. I may have to take a few days off.
