Well.....I watched the first two episodes of GHOSTS last night - and it did make me laugh.

It's sort of a reverse TOPPER - the wife can see the GHOSTS, the husband can't.....

So that's TWO new shows that I like: THE BIG LEAP and GHOSTS.

I ate a couple of leftover donuts (microwaved for 7 or 8 seconds) earlier this morning, and now I'm feeling the need for a wee bit more indulgence in the form of, say, a Sausage & Egg McMuffin. I don't think I've had one of those in a year and a half.

I'm also going to visit a pharmacy - or two if necessary - to get a flu shot and Pfizer booster. A number of friends have had those two together and suffered no more than the sore arm. I've never been bothered by flu shots anyway, and I just want it all done and over with. I don't want to do it during the week and feel blah for rehearsals, so now is the time for action.

I'm hoping when the McRib comes back, it's not a letdown. There was a version of the McRib that was really great, but it was temporary.

I know you can get them together, however, I would not. Just opens up the possibility of double the reaction. GOOD LUCK!

I went to the bank and got 100 singles and $40 worth of quarters. I sat for a while with Miriam, the manager, and we visited and talked about oui cats. She's a wonderful friend.

I love the McRib, and it's now been quite a few years since my last one.

Several months ago they made their first appearance in years, but not for a very long time. I still wasn't going out all that much then, and by the time I realized I had better move on it, they were gone. Damn them.

Somebody asked before how old some of the graves are there. Most of those I see are from the 1800s, but I'm told by someone who should know that there are some 1700s, and even a few from the late 1600s if you know where to look. I apparently don't know where to look, but the real problem is erosion of the carvings on the stones. Some of them are in horrible condition and barely readable.
