Around 4:45 my brother Randy called. We got a cash offer on the property. I told him to accept it, but he was upset that it was a lot less than the $750,000 he and Macbeth, against my wishes in 2007, turned down.

Before I could start yelling at him, he said he had countered with $40,000 more to their offer, and they asked him to drop it by 10,000. The property is now sold.

I think this fits into the May 14 reevaluation that the astrologer I know was talking about, rethinking your goals and strategies to achieve better results. Macbeth's rethinking, in this case. Or was it Randy making the counter-offer?
