Oh! That's something I haven't announced here yet.

We pulled the plug on THE STREETS OF NEW YORK for this coming holiday season. There have been too many closings and missed weeks in this entire area due to Covid, and with the size of the cast required in that one and the challenges of teaching and rehearsing during the cold months, the two of us went to the theater and got their very willing blessing to kill that idea for this year and substitute it with something smaller and with less potential for risk among a bunch of people. So we'll certainly be mulling over that tonight.

In Washington State we have officially moved into the over $5.00 gas rate.  Average rate in Washington is now $5.20 a gallon.

Also, in Washington, we now have our first case of monkey pox.  In Seattle.

We had an offer on the house that was $45,000 below selling price.

I told the realtor that was insult - I wasn't giving the house away.

We did counter giving them a good deal at $30,000 below selling....so they have until 1 p.m. tomorrow to decide.....

I would have countered at $20,000.00 below.

I finally broke down and watched the film version of THE FATASTICKS.  Actually, it was a lot better than I expected it to be.  Interesting juxtaposition of some of the songs.  I feel sorry for anyone who has never seen the show.  I would think they would be rather confused.

I kept trying to figure how where I had seen the actor playing The Boy (Matt).  It is Joey McIntyre, a member of New Kids On The Block, and from DANCING WITH THE STARS.

And speaking of monkey pox, NBC is now telling the world that the disease is mostly passed thru gay sex!!  Didn’t we just get over this story?
