I lay down after making the bed around 10:30. Annabelle and Stella joined me. The construction on the street outside is quite noisy today. This has been going on since early March, ad it's really working my last nerve. Thatch is hiding under the bed.

Three hours later, I just dragged my body out of bed. I spent most of it asleep, except for those moments when the noise outside was really intense.

Yes DR JANE I think the symptoms were mostly due to a lack of sleep....I was awake for 72 hours.......

I have had symptoms like those due to lack of sleep.  72 hours is a long time.  I'm glad they are gone.  Are you sorry you dropped out of your evening theater activities or did you begin sleeping better once that was done?
