I had a long dream about working at The Drama Book Shop. I remember few details now . . . something about trying to close and late arriving customers wanting to purchase something. I said they could only do that if they had the exact change since the registers were already cleaned out.

The Trouble with Harry orange chicken is that nothing rhymes with "orange."

The ceiling in the master bath is leaking water from above. Oh joy.

Witchiepoo from "H.R. Pufnstuf" seems to disagree. :)

610 Guests on a Saturday morning, even with the thousands of bots a thing of the past - so these must be 610 real people viewing HHW, right?

We got rid only of the Vietnamese bots. These are the Eastern European contingent.

today A Christmas Carol is closing....tomorrow we build the set for The Cemetery Club which I will attend.

I finished recording all of the music cues and additional music and wrote out the cue list for the sound cues, etc.

We shall see what we shall see.

Jrand, are there any activities at the theedur which would not require you to drive at night (assuming that was the main logistical problem)?

From DR Singdaw:

We also had an electrician here yesterday to take care of a few things. Boy, was that expensive! I had no idea.

Very, same goes for plumbers and then you just hope they are good and you don't need someone to return to fix or improve the original work.

I finished Emily Henry's latest today. She must have a VitaMix. A regular blender would be worn out with all she throws into her plot. Citizen Kane, Elvis, so much of little interest.

We are going to be changing our call center software in the coming months to Amazon Connect. Should be interesting.

Is Amazon not out of favor any more? (due to politics, that is)

I had great experiences with Amazon for the books I self-published throughout the 2010s, but I've felt unsure about whether it's "OK" to use Amazon for my new book.

I try to avoid Amazon but it is difficult to do.  I didn't realize you can self publish with them.  I do know they seem to be taking control of the eBook market :(
