We survived the crazy drivers that kept changing lanes and forcing other drivers to break, just so they could pass the trucks.

We had a very enjoyable dinner with friends. Keith was able to stay with the required foods.  Tomorrow is his liquid diet and prep day.  In the morning we will visit another couple.

Aside from food and the work session, all I've done is write - eleven pages that take a long time because I have to go back and forth between writing and the research. When you know what this is you'll understand completely.
