DR ELMORE because we have licenses from both ASCAP & BMI we can use music during scene changes....

I am using some general music to open.....a karaoke track of Not Getting Married Today for one, a couple of tracks from Joe vs. the Volcano, and I can't remember the other titles....some nice piano solos. An instrumental version of "Friendship" after the two women try to sabotage the dating life of the third....etc.

Most of it plays for a minute or less during a scene change. I have some music for Preshow and Intermission - just general stuff that you and I would recognize, but is probably unknown to most folks under 30.

Oh, and an instrumental version of To Life when they are on there way to the wedding...and come home drunk.

Just watched a good ABC tv movie from 1975. A Cry For Help starring Robert Culp as a nasty morning deejay who regrets being mean to a suicidal caller. Everyone in LA works together to find her. For Culp maximalists.

Alan tries to turn Connie on to culture.

Alan: Did you like the play?
Connie: One girl came on and said 'I'm forbidden to love my father' and a guy come on and said 'I'm forbidden to love my sister'. All I could think was I'm forbidden to leave this theatre.

And Barbara ends up painting a nude picture of Doug - it's a good thing he had at least one big hand.
