Thursday was quite the long day! I left my house at about 8:45 a.m., picked up one of the actors and his kid, and didn't get home until after 1:00 a.m.!

We ran most of the show on the afternoon but we had to jump a few scenes because the workers at the convention center had a mandatory break, but the guy who ran the microphones (which we never had before) knew what he was doing and wasn't concerned about not running the entire show. He did a great job with them.

We actually all got day passes for the event, so if anyone had gotten there early enough and had time before the 2:00 call time (I really didn't), they could've gone to some of the events.

I started watching on Amazon Prime a 2015 TV series Austentatious, which has an interesting premise, but I wish the cast - and the writing - were better.

I had a most peculiar dream the night before last, something about the original 1954 Theatre de Lys production of The Threepenny Opera. None of it makes sense to me now, but I was backstage and talking to Lotte Lenya and Scott Merrill.
