I am having really bad speech issues today, maybe the worst since this began. Just took pill one and Prednisone - hopefully that will help and I have to keep my mouth shut for a while. I've had almost no problems for the past two weeks, so this is worrisome. Maybe it's because I didn't take pill one until lunch.

Did anyone watch The Thursday Murder Club movie? It’s on Netflix. I enjoyed it, but I liked the book more. The book goes deeper into the characters. It was nice to see the book realized, to see it visually.

Re Covid…I’ve heard of two studies that linked those who were able to get over Covid quickly with higher (50 to 80) vitamin D scores. Vitamin D levels can be tested with a simple blood test. It’s very difficult to get enough through just your food or sunshine. The supplements are very small capsules and are inexpensive.

I'm very sorry. If you have a set time you need to take your pills you really need to try and stick to it. I know that can be a real pain.

We watched it last night. I agree with everything you said. I was very pleased with the cast. Were you? There was only one change from the novel that really bothered me.

I just watched CHAMPION for the first time....I've seen some clips. My takeaway:

Mr Kirk Douglas has a flat flat azz.

Director Mark Robson used Douglas's training montage as a model for Neely O'Hara's training montage in Valley of Dolls.
