Had the telephonic call, which had to do with hearing the mix of the Sherman Brothers song - he'll now adjust the one nitpick and the sound of the strings. John, my usual engineer thought it sounded great but agreed about the strings and offered his solution - which sounds exactly right. So, I'll hear the redo later tonight, along with another test we'll do. Then I think we'll mix the other vocals we know we can save and where I think the performance is useable. All those would be bonus tracks and we'd record all new vocals on all the tracks for the main album. I will need a few names, but I have leads here and people who now live here or can get here easily.

Great.

I loved Superman comics as a child.  My brother & I would share them and do our best to hide them from our mother who would confiscate them.

I loved the Christopher Reeves movies and thought the first one was great.

Ushering for the Temptations and the Four Tops. Lots of people in the house and lits of nostalgia.

I lost all interest in superhero movies, but I still like Batman. I forgive a little in those movies, just not George Clooney’s nipple plates.

Dozed off again, then watched a movie. Ordered two appetizer things that should be here soon. Then another movie.

Is that where the expression "Tip a canoe, and wear it, too" comes from?
