With luck, my second prescription will be available to pick up from the specialty pharmacy in Portland.  If they have it, we can pick it up after the gym and I can begin my first injection today.

There used to be a great little spot in L.A.'s Farmers Market called KOKOMO, and they served the best BLT ever, among other tasty sandwiches and such. I think it was in the late 1980s that I was stopping in there now and then.

I have one of their placemat menus somewhere around here. I think they were there for several years, but are sadly long gone now. As I recall, they were on the south side, a little bit behind Du-par's, and had a small counter with several stools.
