My favorites include meatball parmesan, a Philly-style roast pork with sharp provolone and broccoli rabe, and a sub with good turkey - our local place does an oven-roasted turkey which is yummy. Also Italian-style if it has good salami and good sharp provolone or other tasty cheese. The Dry Creek General Store makes an excellent version.
For the cold subs, please, oil and vinegar for dressing, not mayo!
