This morning has been hell. Thatch seems to prefer lying next to me, so when I finish cleaning off my work table, I will lie down with him for a little snooze. Annabelle has spent the morning yelling at me. Stella is the only one who seems content today.

George, thank you for the Liquid IV suggestion. I'll do some research. If the sugar free means artificial sugar than those are a definate no. I hate the taste, and aftertaste of sugar substitutes.

The low carb part is good. I've been very good lately about not eating too many carbs, however, one of the side effects can be a craving for carbs. I suspect because they give false energy.
