I found my back brace and have put that on. It’s helping a little.

Back home now. I watched Widow Clicquot on the plane and enjoyed it.
Had a Jersey Mike's Philly - pretty good. That was noon. This is now - just ordered a chicken breast from California Chicken Cafe for now - and a little side of chicken pasta salad for later.
