I hope things are going well in vix-world. Perhaps vixmom will find a moment to stop in and say hi in the midst of the million things she's doing.

Yes!

Sending vibes to the vixfamily.  Hoping the vibes reach them!

Before I do, the Anthony Perkins' directed production of Angel Street at Playhouse in the Park was April 1971. It starred Roni Dengel, Bill Moor, Jack Gwilliam, Pamela Simpson, Barbette Tweed. Tickets were six dollars. If you wanted to see a movie, playing were Cold Turkey, Husbands, Gimme Shelter, Trash, THX 1138, Tora, Tora, Tora, Song of Norway, The Night Visitor, A New Leaf, Little Big Man, Ryan's Daughter, Love Story, Little Murders, The Last Valley, and quite a few sleazy horror movies on triple bills. On April 2 you could attend a special sneak preview, one showing only, rated GP. While the film isn't named, it is from Warner Bros. and directed by T.C. Frank - so - Billy Jack.

I was two years off in my estimation, but I am delighted to see the cast list. I thibk Bill Moor played the detective. Thank you, O amazing detective BK!

I started listening to a new collection of stories or novellas by Daphne du Maurier. I’m now on Don’t Look Now, which is intense in its own way as the movie.

HOPEFULLY, the appliances that my mom bought for her rental house here in Tumwater will actually be delivered today!  They were cancelled and rescheduled TWICE already. :P We didn't cancell or reschedule them.  It was done by The Home Depot without any reasons.

Well, the delivery instructions say that they're supposed to arrive between 3:00 and 7:00 pm.  We'll see!

Fingers crossed.  Do you get any advanced warning or do you have to sit at the house beginning from 3:00?  Is there furniture there?

It was too warm in this house, too!

It only went down to near 50 through the night, and I could literally have turned the heat completely off for sleeping. I woke up in the middle of the night and felt it was too warm, but I was so zonked that I didn't do anything about it.

Unless (or until) it gets very cold, I set my thermostat at 60°F and never need to change it.  I stay very comfortable...but that could just be me. :)

I think I'm supposed to get some kind of text notification.
