I've never seen the bag style of cover.  Are the ones that don't fit new covers?  I'm wondering why they suddenly don't fit.  I reuse ours every year.

It doesn't just suddenly not fit.  I'm just noticing that there might be other options because of the was the building was designed.

Very interesting.  I looked at the photo with the gap again, and then looked at our cover.  Sure enough we have a gap as well.  Our cover was given to us by the condo staff to use, and is probably what most people here have.  If we ever need to replace it we will look at buying the bag.

Elmore, I gave a copy of Annabelle and Thatch to my friend Gail for her birthday last night. She loved it. Can’t wait to start, she said. Her sisters, also cat lovers, were very interested, too.

My friend Jason just brought me two plates, one loaded down with turkey, oyster stuffing, mased potatoes, sweet potatoes, and cranberry sauce. The other late has three slices of pie, lemon meringue, pecan, and apple or pumpkin - I can't remember.

How lovely! I hope she enjoys it. Thank you.

No takers on Facebook, at least not yet. Their algorithms basically make it impossible for most people to even see the post until it's too late.

I did not know or had forgotten that BK coulda been the Lembeck character on One Day At a Time. I always found Lembeck one of those actors that was more likable than believable. But then, my first exposure to him was on Saturday mornings when he was  Kaptain Kool of Kaptain Kool & the Kongs.

Sunday evening greetings!  Thought I’d better say HI here before showing up at the Zoom and being suspected of being a troll.  All is well here, but I’ve been so busy I didn’t even know about DR Elmore’s lovely e-card until I saw the reminder this morning.

So sorry to hear this tragic news.  I’m sure this morning was difficult.

We hosted Thanksgiving dinner for 10 people, 3 of whom were our grandchildren.  It was their first visit since we moved into this home 2 years ago.  They (and their parents, of course) stayed in a nearby Air B&B and we had a wonderful time with them Thursday and Friday.  They had planned to stay until Saturday, but left about 4:30 Friday in order to beat the snowpocalypse to Chicago.  They made it - whew!

It sounds like a wonderful Thanksgiving.  Too bad they had to leave early, and great that they made it home before the snowpocalypse.
