I'm sure our magat governor Mike Braun will get a big slap down from Orange Face. And I expect ICE will be let loose in Indiana with a fervor.

Grandson still has a car seat in Daddy's car. But it was so difficult for me to get ours buckled with the retracting seat belt. I had such a hard time getting it long enough for him to get in the seat.

I was curious at his age when the choice between the two is up to the parents.  Children do seem to be staying in car seats longer these days.

The back seat in my current car is quite small -- smaller than the last car. The base of the car seats is bigger than the allotted space for a person. Same with the booster seat. We'll see.

Good luck the booster seat works well.

The next trip to Disneyland will be a pretty tight fit, I think. Whenever that may be.

My DH just called from the veggie stand. He's buying stuff for Sunday's Big Ass Church Salad.

It's Friday, but we do NOT have a show tonight. Maybe I said this already? One of the cast was sick and we moved tonight's ticket holders to another night. And thank goodness, because my post-cold cough is still active. I thought I had nipped it in the bud last week and I've been good about tossing back the Robitussin, but this is one of those times it's persisting. So another day is good for me.

Wow, something marginally reasonable happened in Indiana politics? What’s happening?

DR George, the Michigan football coach was fired “for cause” on Wednesday.  In my football opinion it’s no loss, but it’s a huge embarrassment to the university that I could do without.

Oh, no!

The “for cause” was despite being married with 3 kids, he was having an affair with his young staffer, who he allegedly stalked and threatened after she broke up with him. After which she went to the school to let them know what had happened. After which he broke into her house and threatened to kill himself with some kitchen knives and scissors.

Back from the eye doctor and all is well and he solved the mystery of the cramping or muscle contractions that are driving me batty. It's caused by one of the pills and the only thing that helps and helps a lot, apparently is - water. I don't drink it, but I'll damn well start now.

Drive there was a bit slow and I had to do a little BK detour that helped.

Drive back was tolerable and only made intolerable by idiot slow drivers.

Food should be on its way shortly.

That's great he had an answer for you.  I know you need to drink plenty of water when you are taking prednisone.  Vibes the water helps.

My cousin & her husband often go to Cedars and they liver really far away.  There isn't anywhere close to them that is good so now they even drive there if they have to go to the ER.
