We took the car seat to the next-door neighbors for their year-old baby. And the new booster seat from Target should be much easier for this grandma to buckle. It was practically an acrobatic feat to get the big kid buckled into the car seat.

Much easier.  Was he still using a car seat in his own car?

And that was all I bought on my Target shopping spree.

Very bad night of sleep. My feet again were warm and my upper body was shivering. I had dreams about helping the high school bridge special ed kids. They taught me a type of educational video game and I became obsessed with it.

DR George, the Michigan football coach was fired “for cause” on Wednesday.  In my football opinion it’s no loss, but it’s a huge embarrassment to the university that I could do without.

I was going to ask what your opinion of him as a couch is.  It is a sad situation.

Bruce, I feel for you having to take that drive today in traffice.  I am kind of glad I didn't like my first rheumatologist as she is on the other side of town and prefer the location of the doctor on my end.  Really, the other side of town isn't that far.

I'm up, I'm up - about six hours of sleep.

I have one doctor in Portland that is kind of like a drive to Cedars is.  Fortunately I only see her once a year.

Grandson still has a car seat in Daddy's car. But it was so difficult for me to get ours buckled with the retracting seat belt. I had such a hard time getting it long enough for him to get in the seat.

The back seat in my current car is quite small -- smaller than the last car. The base of the car seats is bigger than the allotted space for a person. Same with the booster seat. We'll see.

The next trip to Disneyland will be a pretty tight fit, I think. Whenever that may be.

My DH just called from the veggie stand. He's buying stuff for Sunday's Big Ass Church Salad.

I slipped and called it a Big Ass Salad in front of the preacher. He thought it was hilarious.

It's Friday, but we do NOT have a show tonight. Maybe I said this already? One of the cast was sick and we moved tonight's ticket holders to another night. And thank goodness, because my post-cold cough is still active. I thought I had nipped it in the bud last week and I've been good about tossing back the Robitussin, but this is one of those times it's persisting. So another day is good for me.
