I went for a walk this morning and took all the leftover Halloween candy to -- of all places -- the dentist's office. They have a candy dish in the waiting room with mini candy bars and things.

Was too late to cancel. I ate a bit of it so I could take pills. I'll be fine by five-thirty and I'm sure food won't be on the table till six. Lowest calorie option is the filet and that's what I'll have, along with only veggies. Under 500 calories.
