So much for the drinking water cure for muscle contraction. My right hand was locked up for about thirty minutes. I was ready to stick my head in the oven.

Plus my voice is completely trashed, which I don't understand. Fine most of the week, fine when I got up - but after talking at the session, gone with the wind. I can barely get any sound out. This is all sooooo tiresome.

The Christmas party was a shadow of its former self. The food was surprisingly good. The music was good to start with, a big band sound with plenty of holiday tunes. The second bad, the Evolution of Pop, was less interesting; they did everything from Prince and Michael Jackson to Britney and Beyonce. They tried too hard.
