Hoping maybe if anything persists, a doctor can see BK Monday or Tuesday. Just advisable not to let it wait and suddenly want to go Christmas Eve (Wednesday) or Christmas Day, I'd think.

LOL regarding the bananas. I rarely eat them now as ripe ones give me a headache and the others, especially if on the green side, give me a stomach ache. I've had those types of foot cramps in the last year. They are rather different from the foot cramps I've had most of my life.
