Surely one friend would be sufficient to feed the two of you.

We had a great closing night, and the closing of an era with this show. Cast par-tay was nice and not too long, and I made myself load the equipment into the car instead of going back today for it. Got home, sat up for a bit, then literally crashed. I slept solidly through the night for my first time in weeks.

I'm glad your year ended well :)

Why we all cramping up? My foot has been doing this. Even with me eating bananas.

More feel-better vibes for BK!

Possibly ER could have given him a shot of a pain killer or muscle relaxant.  I have never gone to a doctor for my severe foot cramps.

Hoping maybe if anything persists, a doctor can see BK Monday or Tuesday.  Just advisable not to let it wait and suddenly want to go Christmas Eve (Wednesday) or Christmas Day, I'd think.

True, however, this has the potential to be a chronic issue and finding out the cause or what can be done to reduce the cramps is important.

More vibes Bruce that you can figure this out.

I had severe foot cramps so often as a child that I used them as an excuse if I was home late when out riding my bike.  All I had to say was I had a cramp and couldn't pedal.

I can't wear flippers in the water as I always get a foot cramp.

A number of times while skiing I went down a hill screaming as I didn't have control after a foot cramp took over.

And swimming.  We always had to wait 30 minutes after eating because we might get a cramp and could drown.  I didn't understand it referred to stomach cramps as I swam all the time with foot cramps, ackwardly but I managed.

Why did the red-nosed reindeer help the old lady across the road?

I posted that couple of days ago! Here's a new one.

What's a mathematician's favourite Christmas snack?
A mince π.

The eye doctor said the cramping goes with the Mestanon that I'm taking. It comes and goes, like Grand Hotel.

I think it's one of those things that the more it agitates you the worse it gets. Like Trump.

I knew I had read that, because I shared it with another substitute teacher.

Is that new joke against those who mince? Asking for a friend.

Watching the rest of Bunuel’s El. What a portrait of jealousy! So wonderfully twisted.

Water, potassium, plus other tips you can find might reduce the severity.  Your last one did sound bad.

I finished VALENTINO w/commentary. Interesting.

It's available on TUBI if you've never seen it and can take all of the commercial breaks.

One internet report said that the orange baboon had declared that Wednesday and Friday would join Thursday - Christmas Day - as Federal Holidays.

If that is so that will mean no banking and no mail for three days.

But maybe the internet is inaccurate.
