I futzed and finessed a lot, took a short break, then wrote five pages, maybe six. I'll try to do four more when I get home.

I loved the name of your book, and I remember saying that when you first told us the title.

My boss gets back from a weeklong vacation on Thursday, and I will be glad to relinquish the reigns.

BK, of course, does not have that problem. He has a body that produces books on its own.

Back from a good run-through - need some acting adjustments and one musical number was a train wreck and I was VERY strong about that - I'm just cutting to the chase with my notes now - no massaging them. The good news, the show really is in very good shape - act one ran 45 minutes tonight and act two 48, so we just need to shave off three minutes in act two - and I know exactly where they come from. Then add back five minutes overall for laughs and applause and we'll have our 95-minute show.

Hopefully it will get here soon. Meantime, I'll write some damn notes, hopefully we'll get off this damn page, and then I'll write some damn book pages before hitting the hay.

Thanks, Freddie!  We did!

We all enjoyed it, but we felt that all the battle scenes went on far too long. ::)
