Over a week ago I asked if someone could scan the inside of the Believe booklet so I can use Richard Sherman's notes and I have no idea if anyone else did some, too. Please send to me ASAP.

BK, I have the "Believe" CD.  I can scan and send the booklet since I'm still up. :)
