I watched that Turtles Doc DR RODZINSKI. That's probably why I get so many Turtle videos on my YT feed.

It is 9 degrees here with a feels like of 1 degree.

No temps above single digits predicted for today.

I am on the band between 8 inches of snow and 12 inches of snow.....so I guess I can expect 10 inches of snow.

Notes unseen. Unclean. I still get weird crypto ads when I click over to notes. Gotta reset that somehow.

Oy. Thanks for the reminder. On the iPad and iPhone I read HHW on Chrome and they're behaving normally. For some reason, I've always used Safari for HHW on the Mac. I could move that to Chrome, too, but I should still clear the history on Safari. I dread going through that, but ... you know ... hey.

Remember Oscar the nursing home cat who comforted terminal patients by staying with them until they died? In the novel I’m listening to, The Road to Tender Hearts, Pancakes the cat, who learned to read starting with Anna Karenina, can also sense when people at his nursing home are going to die. Instead of comforting the residents, they’re freaked out and want the cat to go away.

We got to the bathroom and Stella began her usual sniffing about while I was terrified I'd find Annabelle dead in the tub. Nothing there, so I said to Stella, She's not in here; let's go back to bed and we'll look for her in the morning. As I turnbed to go into the foyer, Annabelle entered the bathroom to check out the scene. She and Stella followed me back to bed; it was around 2:00. Thatch was still in bed waiting for my return. Annabelle joined us, and I slept fitfully, but greatly relieved. Around 4:30, Annabelle cuddled up next to me while Thatxh ran on and off the bed, settling down briefly for pets, then running off again, until the alarm rang.

What a relief that Annabelle was OK!

Unrelated to anything -

I wonder why Rock Hudson received billing before Doris Day for PILLOW TALK

There have been two more that just came in - one pan, one middling but that liked certain aspects of the show. Just search the show title and "Group Rep reviews - they'll all come up. I don't think any others will come because for some reason a lot of their always positive reviewers aren't coming to this. Bottom line is very few actually read these reviews and they have no impact on sales. The all-important thing is word of mouth. Normally, weeks one and two are light at Group Rep, but we had a pretty good week one, and a much better than usual week two so far and hopefully there will be walk-ups and more reservations on the day of.

I've been up since six after four hours of sleep. Too much ABS (Active Brain Syndrome) - not just the new book, but liner notes for four upcoming CD releases.

Have a nice day.

That was one HELL of a cat story, DR Elmore.

I remember those times. Just out of nowhere, a cat goes off and does ... God only knows what, or where! ... and doesn't show up for the longest time. And then suddenly there they are again, like nothing happened.

Tortie & whites can just curl up and sleep while blending in with the background.  I had many moments of panic when Bosco was a kitten.

As I recall, my personal coldest was -45 in January of 1986. That was my one winter in Chicagoland.

That is colder than my Michigan with my -40 with the chill factor.
