The script for Broadway may be creaky, but the director and his cameraman have created some amazing images that foreshadow Busby Berkeley. And the musical numbers are really interesting.

I ended up spending the afternoon working on my essay for DEAREST ENEMY. I really really really want to hear a first edit, but I'm stuck because our producer, with no release deadline, is taking her time.

I did book the hotel in DC for Thursday night. If my friend Loras at the LoC tells me that Thursday and Friday are bad dates, then I will change it. I'm not booking the train until I hear from the Library.
