The rains are supposed to start again tomorrow so I won't be leaving candy out on the porch . We'll see if I get any trick or treaters this year but it seems to be a dying tradition around here

The new trend seems to be Trunk or Treat, people gather in a parking lot and decorate their open car trunks and kids go from car to car to get treats . They actually had 2 of these in town this weekend

Our church does that each year. This past Friday we supposedly had about 450 show up.

Listening to the EP of songs from the Rebecca musical. Horrible, '80s sounding, bad London musical tripe.

Other than that, it's a complete waste of time. They miss the subtlety that Hitchcock brought to the movie. They also fail to use the time period properly. The music should be jazzy and '30s with some dissonance thrown in for edginess. Instead, it all sounds like stuff that wasn't good enough to be in Martin Guerre or the Pirate Queen.
