Bryan made us more pad see eu sauce, and since he was traveling with a cooler he brought the soft noodles instead of the dry ones which have more flavor.  He also gave us the soft pre-cooked tofu that is not only easier but tastes better in the pad see eu.

I mention this because we just finished a tasty dish of pad see eu I cooked up, thanks to Bryan donating the ingredients.

You can create your own sampler by buying slices of different their cheesecakes.  Although, I have seen pre-packaged samplers - like the ones Harry & David's sell - in some Cheesecake Factory locations.

That's kind of what I was thinking about doing.

I have a question for today:

If an employee has resigned and is using up his four weeks of vacation all at the end, has moved the stuff out of the office, and will not be returning to work, can the employer rightfully request the keys at the beginning of said employee's vacation period since he will not be returning? Can the employee insist on having access to the property until his vacation is over?

My personal opinion is that even though he's using his vacation time so that he can be paid for it, that shouldn't really count as him still being "employed" because he's not coming back.  Why would he need to come back if he's not coming back??  Yes, I think that the employer could rightfully request he turn in the keys at the end of his last day that he's actually on the job.

This afternoon I began cleaning out drawers in my closet, & then we left to take Sherlock for a walk & I haven't returned to them.  I had better go clean up the big mess I left on the bathroom counter.

What if said employee made copies we don't know about?

Changing the code will be cheaper than changing the locks.

Fletcher has been making a constant pain of himself by knocking over a box of "stuff" sitting by the computer desk; I finally decided to empty the box once and for all. The box contained some misc CDs I had ordered from bk and I stacked a few of them in a "Divas do B'Way" pile for later listening. Well Woody, having nothing better to do on his morning off, grabbed one of the top of the stack - soon he was back with "You gotta hear this arrangement by Larry"; later, says I, let's play it on the trip to Dover.

Well, as Michael S and George, among others will appreciate, I discovered what is probably the best produced compilation CD album I own - Laurie Beechman - "No One Is Alone". listening to this disc is like browsing through a collection of rare books - each in its own unique binding, each crafted with style and loving care, the single unifying theme being the love and care used in their creation. Who would have thought an orchestrator could blend a Bernstein from Candide and one from West Side Story into a soaring duet; and imagine a fairly standard "You'll Never Walk Alone" suddenly break out with a full gospel choir joining a full-throated orchestra, but never leaving the star behind!

For ask BK day:

The "You'll Never Walk Alone" track is one the best produced cuts I've heard - how did you manage to pull all of those elements together?
