I started my evening watching the rest of the special features (well actually only one), on the CHARLIE CHAN AT THE OLYMPICS DVD. It was a featurette on the actor who played Charlie Chan, Jr. in the film (and who played other sons in two other Chan movies but with Sidney Toler rather than Warner Oland.) One of the lesser features in the four disc set, but he seemed like a nice man.

I don't remember the last time I laughed until I cried until today reading the last 10 pages of posts!!  Even the DP loved them.

Speaking of the DP, we are trying to come up with a name for our new bakery that we intend to open in the fall in Pennsylvania  - Danville to be exact.  We've been trying to come up with a catchy name that's not too long.  I came up with one today that the DP actually liked

Dolce and Nirvana

We looked up Nirvana and one of the definitions fit the way we want to use the word.  What do you think?

Next, I watched last night's ROME, an absorbing episode the featured the death of Cicero and the Battle of Phillippi.

Been trying to place the actor now playing Octavian without going to the IMDB, and it finally dawned on me: he played Mr. Binley in the latest version of PRIDE AND PREJUDICE.

Someone needs to compile all these into one document.
